The space This modern farmhouse-inspired property is located in the trendy Trinity Grove neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Dallas. From the moment you arrive, you'll be impressed by the beautiful exterior, featuring a blend of modern and farmhouse elements. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and airy living area, complete with comfortable seating and tasteful decor. The large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a delicious meal, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious pantry. The three plush bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort, with high-quality linens and plenty of space to relax. Nice smart TV for any streaming service you want to enjoy. Couches and chairs in the living area are fashionable but could be more comfy for lounging.
