Dallas Methodist Hospital is just half a mile away, or a 15 minute easy walk on a flat sidewalk. This is the best location in Dallas!! Close to everything, but tucked away so you can relax when you're ready to wind down from a busy day. The entire downstairs unit is yours! You will have exclusive access to the covered front porch. You’ll stay in a spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated space. All of the charm you would expect from a historic home with all of the modern comforts to make your visit wonderful. Enjoy lots of natural light, hardwood floors, and plenty of extras. This area is extremely walkable with restaurants and boutiques less than two blocks away. If you bring a car, there's room to park in the gated parking lot behind the house. You're also a five minute walk from the Bishop Arts stop of the Dallas Streetcar. This is a triplex. There are two additional units upstairs through a separate staircase. You may hear others walking upstairs or see others around the property. We had a bacillus stay in this meticulous, elegant place with all amenities, and walking distance from cafes, restaurants and bars, in the heart of the Bishop Arts district! We loved our stay at Santiago during the Solar Eclipse. The outdoor porch was the perfect spot to view it from. The host welcomed us with a nice eclipse themed basket and was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and very stylish (two of our friends were looking online to buy the furniture before we even left!). The house is located in a nice residential neighborhood and walking distance to the Bishop Arts District's shops and restaurants, as well as a drugstore. Worth noting that the unit is located on the bottom floor, and you could hear the folks above walking around (the host did provide ear plugs and white noise machines).
