The staff was very nice but there was some sort of bug on my pillow. There were obvious signs that bugs had been killed on the walls and not cleaned up. The room had an odd smell.

This property is an absolute sh!& hole!!! It was disgusting. This building should be torn down and rebuilt! I could barely stand to stay there for one night. I wouldn’t let my family walk around without shoes on or set anything down in the carpet. Nasty!

I was surprised by how nice the room was, as it contained a couch and a very comfortable bed. The room was clean and nice (pretty). The hallway was artisticly painted and well lit, like a 4 star hotel. Quite beautiful. The asthetics were great, but i should acknowledge that the carpet of the hall and the couch in the central lobby had stains. Upside was the bright, fresh paint and really nice rooms (far exceeding expectations). The shuttle is by call, takes 20 minutes to pick you up, but that's pretty darn good, beings as 20 minutes is not very long to wait. The morning shuttle was prompt and a relatively short ride. I was very happy with my stay at this hotel., and would for sure return. Also, staff was super nice. Added bonus was free coffee and juice in the lobby.

They upcharged us as all flights out of DFW were canceled/ delayed so they knew people would book either way. We paid $290 CAD and website said it was $60 USD per night. Insane. The first room they gave us someone had just smoked weed in and was disgusting. They changed us to another room with a broken phone, broken hair dryer and a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. They won’t do anything to help us. Do not recommend.

Over charged because of airport shutting down. Booked the shuttle for 610 as we were told, shuttle didnt show up at 630 we gave up and took a uber.....after they told is twice the shuttle would arrive in 4mins, then 6mine......waste of time. Room was old and needs repairs. $280 is a joke.

Here is the problem. We checked room to stay there the night before our flight. We were told that we would have free shuttle to the airport our flight left at 7:10 am. We were told to be ready for the shuttle at 4:45 am. We were ready. We waited no shuttle. I asked the man at the front if the hotel. He said the shuttle was coming. It didn’t. We were ready to book a ride through Uber and a taxi pulled up. Thank God. It cost us 18 better than missing the flight !! I asked for compensation for the taxi. They did not give it to me

I called at 3pm to let them know I would be having a late check in at 8pm and that I needed the shuttle to come get me from the airport at 8pm. I arrive at 7:50pm. I called let the hotel know so they could send a shuttle. No one would answer the phone at 8:45pm I used the airport phone where the shuttle buses arrive. I finally got ahold of someone after an hour wait and was told it would be 25 minutes or longer. So anywho. Don’t plan on having a shuttle service. Also the heater was broken in the room. The dial didn’t work. The hotel was noisy. I should of just said at the airport for a cold and noisy place. It would of saved me $40 Uber cost anyway. It’s 1:37am it’s loud next door. I came here to sleep 4 hours. No luck there. Oh and the phone in the room is broken.

The staff were polite and the front desk area was clean. Our room was gross. Dried crusty spills on the bedside table, desk and tv stand. There was blood on the floor of the bathroom. I would not stay there again!

I like the shuttle service. Be advised you will have to wait over an hour for the shuttle to pick you up at DFW. I also booked a suite. Looks nothing like the picture. The only differences between a standard room and a suite is double beds or king sized bed.

You get what you pay for not good
The room has a musty smell, there was a white patch on the carpet looked like mold, room was non smoking but there was cigarette smoke smell and burns on the sofa.
