Unwind at our beautiful 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Grand Prairie, Texas! Your accommodations can make or break your trip, but you can rest assured that our home will have everything you’re looking for. Space, comfort, beauty, a fully equipped kitchen, movie room, and even a massive pool in the gorgeous backyard! Make lasting memories with your family and friends! Welcome to your home away from home!  
  
The Space:  
  
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.  
  
Your temporary home will take your breath away! From the moment you pull up to the beautiful and grand brick exterior with a sprawling front lawn, you’ll know you made a great choice. You’ll be able to park your cars in the garage away from the sun. Inside, the space is updated with gorgeous flooring and great finishes. You’ll enter into the gorgeous entryway with high ceilings and staircase leading to the upper floor. The space is very open with great flow and the large windows let in tons of natural light.  
  
 As you enter the living room, you will LOVE the view into your private backyard through the stunning windows. This room also has high ceilings creating a light atmosphere. You’ll enjoy hanging out in this space among the cozy furniture, beautiful décor, and gas fireplace. There’s also a bonus living area on the second floor providing another great spot to kick back and relax. Plus, you’ll even have an awesome cinema room with framed contemporary movie posters and comfy seating!  
  
Right off the main living room, you can head on into the large, fully loaded kitchen where you’ll find you have everything you need to cook and enjoy a delicious meal. It’s equipped with stainless steel appliances and the gorgeous granite counters offer lots of space. Bask in all the natural light coming in through the large windows as you enjoy your meal in the breakfast area with great views of the backyard. Or you can have your meals in the lovely formal dining area around the large table.  
  
You won’t need to fight over the bedrooms — we have 5 spacious rooms that are all equally amazing. There is lots of attention to detail put into these rooms with great furniture, lavish bedding, and stunning décor and accessories. You’ll also have 2.5 bathrooms that are clean and nicely updated. Both full baths have double vanities and impressive walk-in showers, as well as a soaking tub in the master bathroom.  
  
Last but not least, you’ll definitely be spending a lot of time in your own private backyard paradise. The oversized covered patio has surround sound, two fans, and a dining set perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors. You’ll also have lots of green space, as well as a relaxing hammock to nap or enjoy a good book in. Plus, the true gem of this backyard is the large pool. You’ll love lounging poolside on the lounge chairs and taking a dip in this pool.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. These upgrades may include a small additional fee. If you're interested, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

The Neighborhood:  
  
Conveniently located in Grand Prairie, your vacation home will be just 13 minutes away from DFW Airport, 20 minutes to downtown Dallas, and 25 minutes to downtown Fort Worth. You’ll have easy access to both cities on either side. Drive about 20 minutes and you’ll hit Mountain Creek Lake, while Lake Arlington is 20 minutes away. We’re right in the center of it all!  
  
In addition to the many amazing attractions in Dallas and Fort Worth, you’ll be within minutes of several other great family attractions, including some right here in Grand Prairie. Shop awesome deals at the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets just 13 minutes away. Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is a great time for the whole family (10 minutes away), and if you’re visiting during the holiday season, the Prairie Lights display is a must-see, just under 20 minutes away. Check out who’s playing at The Theatre at Grand Prairie, our live concert hall; be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum; pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026 and home to the Dallas Cowboys — all less than 15 minutes away. We’re also just a short drive away from the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★  
  
We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.  
  
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.  
  
If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.  
  
Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.  
  
★ NO STREET PARKING ★  
  
No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

Had booked my stay and hours before arriving in town the property owner canceled my reservation. He asked who was staying and our ages which I gave him all the information then he proceeded to tell me he has cámaras around the house and will be watching who comes and goes then said never mind don’t think this can be done because of my husbands name on the cc.

#### Great Location….very Clean

The stay was perfect! Except the owner/manager May seem over bearing, but it because Grand Praire is VERY STRICT ON SHORT TERM RENTALS! The neighbors are watching everything you do especially when it comes to parking! Pool lights didn’t work and there is no alarm system… only downsides, but very close to almost everything.

#### Excellent except for neighbors

I know you can’t do anything about the neighbors, but the neighbors can’t do anything about you either 😉. Instructions about hockey game did not because you’re with someone watching TV. You may want to tell guests to be aware of the neighborhood. They watched our every move! It’s very apparent vacation rental houses in their neighborhood. If it weren’t for that, it was a WONDERFUL sta. Thanks!!

The property was nice and nicely maintained. It was easy to access to get all the places we needed to go. The property hosted my family well. The host was VERY concerned about parties and the amount of cars, noise and messaged me on several different occasions regarding this issue. I’m certain this must have been birthed out of a bad experience, however it was excessive. If you are planning to do anything but sleep here, it could be an issue. It had the makings of a family fun experience, but the level of concern about noise, parking or parties made a peaceful fun trip with angst and discomfort.

#### Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The pool is great. Kitchen has everything we could think of to need. The master bath is amazing. The home is centrally located to everything in the DFW area. We would happily stay here again.

This house is very nice with lots of space. It is lovely and had nice amenities. The property manager was excellent in answering any questions we had and also brought us a something that we needed for cooking. We would use this home again. Thank you.

This was one of the best Vrbo’s that we’ve stayed at. Owner was very responsive and thorough. Really appreciated the attention to detail. Home was very clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The location is convenient to Arlington activities and transportation was easily available. The property was very clean when we arrived, and everything was in place except the built-in hot tub was not functioning. I called and was informed the heating element was not working. In some fairness, the hot tub was not listed as an amenity. However, there is a clear picture of it. Verify before you stay if that's important to you. Otherwise, great place!

#### Beautiful home with a pool

We loved staying in this home tucked into a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to restaurants and stores. The home is very well maintained and fully stocked for a relaxing stay. The pool and outdoor space was the best part - you can sit outside and watch a ballgame on the big TV while even floating in the pool. I would definitely stay here again.
