There are a few Airbnb units in this complex. All units has the same floor plan and size. If we are fully occupied on the unit you want please ask about our other units.. The neighborhood is in north Dallas. Great for an easy and short commute to places of work, major medical centers, SMU university, entertainment and event venues. You may hear traffic noise from the property as we are convenient access to major roads. We offer a nicely appointed & affordable stay in Dallas. We look forward to hosting you. ALLERGIES: Please note that this unit is pet friendly. For that reason, the apartment is not allergy sensitive. Jan 5, 2025 Disliked: Check-in, communication, location #### Worst stay EVER Terrible communication from Host, they never gave us the front gate code, we were locked out our entire stay, we had to rely on others to get into the front gate. We reached out several times to no avail. Vrbo wasn’t much help either, I had to buy new linen, the bed was very very uncomfortable and old, The place was clean and big free. Not acceptable. We checked in but did not stay in the apartment. When we arrived, we smelled an intolerable odor throughout. The bathroom shower curtain was laid over the doors to the washer and dryer and not hung in the bathroom. Outside was littered with trash and there was heavy construction nearby which was noisy. None of this was disclosed in the property description. I requested a refund of the money we paid since we did not stay there but the owner/manager did not respond.
