Very clean and beautiful hotel! Loved that there was a Starbucks downstairs and complimentary breakfast. Customer service at front desk was slower than what we anticipated but other than that all was great. We will definitely be back!

Our goal is create a comfortable harmonious experience for our guests and it is clear that we have created the opposite for you during your recent visit. I ask that you forgive us for failing to provide you with a seamless hotel stay. During your visit, we did experience a high volume of extensions from guests who’d been in house for longer than 30 nights making it difficult to update their accommodations.I do understand that the update to your stay required a significant adjustment from you and family/friends and hope that our leadership team offered adequate compensation that showcased our care and concern.Your feedback is valid, understood and appreciated. We will continue to grow from here.

Did not stay here. The Residence Inn had overbooked, and thus force moved us to another location. Very disgusted as we had booked a king suite and ended up with a queen standard room. Will not try to stay here again.

We have stayed at this property several times and this time we left disappointed. We stayed 5 nights and requested housekeeping service. We returned to the room each day to find the room had not been cleaned. Front desk responded by saying well you were on the schedule. Pool was ice cold. I tried to get in but couldn’t and watched several families come down only to leave with disappointed kids. We return several times a year because of Family in the area. We will need to try something new.
