Open Floor plan living/dining/kitchen area with all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, wall mount pot filler, oven and microwave. Outside patio with propane grill, large table and Solo Stove fire pit and chairs. We are about 1 mile to Downtown Historic McKinney with lots of restaurants and shops. We are less than 1/2 mile to famous Hutchins BBQ! Full access to the entire house and the back yard area. Garage is not accessible for guests to park their car but there are 2 bikes available in garage for your use to ride around town. Please reach out if you need anything or have questions about McKinney. We have lived here for almost 20 years and should be able to answer most questions! Our home is just over 1 mile from the historic downtown district, which offers quality dining, shopping and entertainment. On Saturdays, there is a farmers market at Chestnut Square which is just south of the square. The neighborhood is south of Hwy 380 and east of Hwy 75\. The neighborhood is up and coming with many older homes being remodeled and upgraded. Neighbors are fairly quiet and very respectful. Park for Free in Downtown McKinney ; Off-street Parking. Free all-day parking within a short walking distance of the square. We have maps in the home to help you get around. Pets: 1 dog is allowed, must be house broken and not allowed on furniture or beds. When you are not home, we require that your dog be kenneled. We charge a $25 cleaning fee per visit.
