If police are called by neighbors, our good standing with the city gets negatively impacted. Guest agrees to pay Host a $1000 fine if police are called due to excessive noise, littering or discourteous behavior with the neighbors. \~If we find additional unregistered guests staying or visiting without notifying the host for clearance first before 5 pm on check-in day, it will result in a $20 inconvenience fee per day of reservation plus the fees that should have been acquired for the additional guests and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund, penalty-free, to host, based on violating Airbnb & Host policies. \~Quiet time is 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M.
