Where do we begin? Checking in involved a locked front door with a little service window. The room was…. interesting. I couldn’t tell if it was boogers or brain matter on the ceiling. The buckshot in the wall was a nifty piece decor. Would not recommend.

I have stayed in many Motel 6 properties because they are pet friendly. That being said I have NEVER encountered such poor service ever. I checked in at 7:30 at night. The lobby door was locked. The owner/manager came to what was a type of gas station attendant window to ask what I wanted. Told him I had a reservation but he would not let me into the lobby. I had to stand in the cold and he could care less. The room was fair. Bed was very uncomfortable as you could feel the springs and one cockroach did walk by me so I will assume there were others. The room had a fridge and microwave but nothing else. It's an adequate place to stay in a pinch but would not recommend it if you have other options.

Overall, not to bad a bit more than the other hotels. Did not get the room I wanted. The staff are not friendly people. They, lock the doors to the office and talk to you via a small whole in the window no matter what time it is. The house keeping knock on the door at 10am allot of people would like to sleep in.

Very convenient location, close to ATT Stadium which is the reason we were there. Staying for only one night so we figured it couldn't be that bad.....we were wrong cause it was. Looks like the pic but 40 years later. Same bedspread from back in the day when they took the pic. It was very worn and torn and thin. Sheets looked slept in and we were very hesitant to sit on the bed. We covered it with our own sheets. Pillows were dirty and stained. We did not use them either. When we got back from the game at night and got into our room someone knocked twice on our door. We did not open it of course and they eventually left. They must have seen us arrive. It was myself and my daughter so it was a scary moment. Bathroom was "clean" and so were the towels and I was grateful for that. Walls and doors were very dirty. Absolutely needs some tlc. I will never stay there again....its the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Check in and check out was quick, thankful for that as well. It is definitely not a safe place to stay.

I would think that any hotel that carries your corporate name should be held to a standard of excellence. Motel 6 is not known for being the fanciest or nicest but they are usually clean and I feel safe. It wasn't either of these things.

Actually was a nice little place. Clean , quiet, hot water…. Just hate motels with no carpet. They have fake hardwood which is nice , I prefer carpet is all.

I will never stay there again .We had to talk to the front desk through a glass door .The desk person doesnt stay at the desk doesnt answer the phone and has a mask mandate .The covers on the bed had stains on it.

The area outside seems unsafe. The noise from the other rooms was so loud at night that it made it difficult to sleep. One of the towels had a really long hair on it. They cleaning person knocked early every day, but did not understand English well, so they just left towels and did not replace the trash bags. Being kept up late and woken up early is a form of torture. The outlet may have been defective, because my phone was completely dead in the morning, which cause me to sleep through my alarm and miss my flight. The front desk attendant was very rude and uncaring. When I went to the service desk, he was looking at his Apple iPhone and had Apple AirPods on. When I asked him if he could please put my phone on his charger, he said that his charger was broken. When I mentioned that my charger was not working, and there may have been something with the outlet in the room, he said that I was supposed to pay to use the room and charge. I had paid to use the room, so that was a very condescending comment. I know that this is not 5-Star Service, but having some sort of humanity and being a person that doesn’t completely disregards others and treats others like trash would be beneficial to live in a society of people and even more to be in the service industry. I had stayed in this hotel many times, due to the price. I know that you get what you pay for. But, the lack of regard for another human being was just over the top for my wanting to stay at this place again.

Horrible trashy place!
Worst rooms in town, waste of money bathrooms are gross bed sheets and pillow cases are not clean. Hands down horrible and they wouldnt give me a refund. I literally just let them keep the money and did not stay there! Get red roof or la quinta its waaaayy better!

Good for the price.
The area seemed off with guests working on cars in the lot and people just kind of hanging out in front of the office. The room was nice sized but definitely dated. Room smelled clean but the sheets were a tad dirty. Again, for the price, not too bad.

We booked 2 double non smoking rooms. When we got there, from out of state, they told us they only had 1 room for us and there was nothing they could do to fix their mistake.

Night desk rude
Evening Front desk guy is not helpful and is very rude. Room AC was broken, light fixtures broken, no padlock on entry door, no padlock on adjoining room, it was a nonsmoking room and it stunk like weed and cigarettes, linens had cigarette burns and the refrigerator didn’t work. Immediately after checking in I went to the front desk to request a new room. Reasons stated: safety, smell, cleanliness, Ac and lights not working. I was told that was one of their best rooms and nothing else was available. This was a blatant lie on a number of levels. First off there were other available rooms and I have stayed here multiple times and this room was significantly lower quality than the other rooms I have stayed in. I know it’s a no frills motel but you can treat your customers better.
