Established in the 1960s, the building sits in a charming historic neighborhood. Expect original foundation and layout. As a special thank-you, we include complimentary admission to the award-winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details and start planning your stay. If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $50 non-refundable pet fee that is requested the day of your checkin. This fee helps us keep Airbnb's hosting standards and cleaning protocols.
