1\. Occupancy: Declare the number of occupants at booking or when new occupants enter. No extra guests allowed without permission. Guest is responsible for all occupants.  
  
2\. Landlord reserves the right to request removal of guests deemed objectionable to neighbours or property. Failure to vacate results in cancellation without refund and liability for damages.  
  
3\. Homeowners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of belongings on the premises. Guests assume all risks arising from the use of the premises.  
  
4\. Weather/Natural Disasters: No refunds for unfavorable weather, storms, earthquakes, or  
wildfires.  
  
5\. Parking is available in the uncovered parking spaces provided for 1 vehicle. Non-compliance may result in towing or fines at the renter's expense.  
  
6\. Surveillance: Outdoor security cameras are present. Tampering with cameras leads to  
cancellation, forfeiture of deposit, and removal without refund.   
  
7\. Please take care of the furnishings. You will be responsible for any damages that occur during your stay.  
  
8\. Observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to avoid disturbing neighbours. If neighbours repeatedly complain we will charge a $250 fine.  
  
9\. Smoking is prohibited on the property, including inside the home and garage. If any evidence of smoking is found, we will charge a $500 fine.  
  
10\. Online platforms prohibits parties. Large gatherings are allowed, provided occupancy rules are followed. If not given permission yet a party is still held, we will charge a $500 fine.  
  
11\. Damages: Charges apply for broken, stolen, or damaged property at the repair/replacement  
cost plus.  
  
12\. Outlets and Plugs: Do not disconnect cables from outlets. Reconnect cables before departure in emergencies.  
  
13\. Pets: Unfortunately the building does not permit pets. Unauthorized pets result in cancellation, eviction, and a $250 fine.  
  
14\. Cleaning: Rinse dishes and place them in the dishwasher. Dispose of waste in appropriate bins. Lock doors and turn off lights upon departure
