Place has no A/C and have not received my refund

Place was nice but very hot the A/C did not work so we did not stay at the location I had to get 2 hotel rooms and did not get refunded all of my money I’ve been getting the run around from VRBO and the owner he saying they owe me and they are saying it’s something he has to do I have been very patient with trying to deal with this and it’s been almost 1 month and I’m still dealing with it and have not gotten anywhere with getting my money so please save yourself sometime and book with another owner so you will not go through what I’ve been going through!

Cozy apartment

2 bedroom was a good size for us! We didn’t know it was an apartment until we got the check in email. We usually stay in houses but this apartment was okay! We actually got there 1 day early and the owner let us check in with an extra daily charge .
