Jan 5, 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Quiet residential neighborhood in a convenient location. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. The keyless entry is great as we did not have to worry about keeping track of keys. Very nice apartment-clean and nicely decorated. Well-stocked kitchen. We appreciated the extras such as laundry and dishwashing soap, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, and bathroom tissue. The washer/dryer was a welcome addition to the unit. The host was very responsive to messages and quickly answered questions. Cons: The couch is not comfortable. The water in the shower takes a long time to get hot, so be patient.Parking can be a challenge and a bit frustrating. There are only two spaces in the front of the building and they are first-come, first-served; otherwise you must park on the street where there may or may not be spaces available. For an extra charge, you can park in a gated lot behind the building. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years, and this is the first time at least one parking space was not guaranteed/included with the unit.Two things to consider for those with mobility issues: the apartment is on the second floor so you must climb a flight of stairs (14 steps); and the couch is very low to the floor, which might make it difficult to stand. Other than the parking situation, we were very satisfied with our stay. We appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and the responsiveness of the host. ##### Rhonda W.
