This home has a two car garage and a four car driveway, additional parking can be found on the curb. Please DO NOT block the neighbor's driveway or park in front of their homes as there may be fines and possible towing for parking violations. You will have complete private access to the house, backyard, and garage. The only areas of the house that are off-limits are attics and the supply closet. The laundry room is fully and easily accessible for all your laundry needs. Located only a few miles away from downtown Dallas, ride-share apps are cheaper due to its close proximity to the city! Unauthorized parties are not allowed at my property - this includes open invite parties or events primarily after 11:00 pm. Certain events such as wedding-related events, dinners, work events, family gatherings, or wedding/baby showers are allowed, but these must be approved before your reservation. Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence. Please follow the rules to make your stay as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible. Three House rules - 1\. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed. 2\. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers). 3\. Upon arrival, there were widespread safety and sanitation issues throughout the home. We observed feces left in a toilet, spoiled milk spilled inside the refrigerator, dirty walls throughout the house, broken doors and handles. Stained sheets on all beds, along with stained towels. Mold and mildew in the bathroom, broken beds with a detached headboards, exposed electrical outlets.The kitchen and bathrooms were unclean, and several items appeared unsanitary for guest use.There were also multiple safety concerns, including an iron rod hanging from the attic access, a broken ceiling light fixture, holes in walls, and other maintenance issues that were not disclosed in the listing.The host provided very minimal resolution that addressed only a small portion of the issues, while the majority of sanitation and safety concerns remained unresolved. We were later told by the host that the condition of the home met their cleanliness standards, despite the documented issues.Due to necessity, we had to purchase cleaning supplies, towels, sheets, shower curtains, and basic kitchen items to make the home minimally usable. The bedroom setup with bathrooms was awkward- the first floor "bedroom" had clear glass door and no closet, no shower on the first floor. The upstairs outlets didn't work other than 1 bedroom making it difficult for all the women to get ready. The king bedroom's bed was super noisy and the upstairs bedroom tv's didn't work. I messaged the host the first day of the stay and those never were resolved. Also no dishwasher tabs for the dishwasher. The house next door had an eviction the day after we arrived- a pile of belongings was out front, an SUV parked in the driveway blocking our way back in, the constable showed up to escort them out. Also there are multiple new homes going up across the street if construction noise is a bother. The area seemed ok one way and unsafe the other way. ##### Joni D. There were 13 ladies in our group and we were a little concerned about the neighborhood. We had people from Dallas that told us to be careful. We were expecting accommodations to sleep 16\. It seems as if they are trying to build/renovate houses for that neighborhood. The beige rug in the common area was dirty so much that we had to roll off the floor, and the tan sofas had stains (one looked like a juice stain). The 2nd floor bathroom’s shower liner had black spots on it, and the towels provided had makeup stains on them. The internet would connect and disconnect almost immediately, and when I reached out to the host, it took several hours for a response. Other than that, the property was decent and a space for family to meet and enjoy one another. ##### Tiffany G. I booked this property for a group birthday celebration, and we had a great time! The house was clean and as portrayed in the photos. The neighborhood is not fully portrayed in the photos, but the location itself was convenient and close to all of our activities and reservations. Description was true to the listing and served our purpose for a family gathering. Host was very clear with expectations for guests and directions were easy to follow.
