Saturday night the neighbor had a party until 6am, we heard multiple gun shots in the immediate area and there were 100+ flies inside of the house upon arrival. Throughout the week the neighbors dogs barked until 3am. The property is nice but the neighborhood is terrible. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. ##### Daniel M.
