Welcome to our enchanting oasis! This spacious 5-bedroom Vrbo is perched on a hillside, offering breathtaking views from the pool and pavilion. Enjoy outdoor swimming and barbecue in a serene setting. Inside, you’ll find expansive living and sleeping areas, with some bedrooms featuring stunning vistas. Ample driveway parking is available for your convenience. Located just a short drive from DFW and Love Field Airports, as well as nearby shopping and dining options, is perfect for your stay.
The space

A Spacious Retreat:
Our home features five beautifully furnished bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy and restful atmosphere for everyone in your group. With accommodations for up to 15 guests, it’s the perfect retreat for your stay.

Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside and enjoy our expansive yard perched on a hill overlooking a private lake. Relax in the pavilion with a fresh barbecue and cold drinks, or unwind in the refreshing pool and soothing hot spa. Whether you're basking in the sun by the pool or gathering for a meal under the pavilion, this outdoor space offers everything you need to relax and recharge.

Additional Details:

This property is fully licensed by the City of Lewisville for short-term rentals. Permit Number: STR-24-125.

The pool's availability is subject to weather conditions. In cases of extreme cold, snow, rain, or strong winds, we may need to close the pool or delay maintenance to ensure the safety of our guests and pool staff. These weather-related closures do not qualify for exemptions under our cancellation policy.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. The hot spa heating requires an advance reservation and is available for $100 per day. Please note that the pool is not heated. Guests are not permitted to adjust pool equipment.

Maximum 16 people. Additional $30 per person per night beyond basic rate when more than 8 people. Guests are not allowed to adjust the pool equipment.
Minors have to be attended by adults near the pool area. Hot spa needs to reserve in advance for $100 per day.

What a beautiful and spacious home! We had rented it for an overflow of wedding guests, and it was in a quiet part of town. Our guests enjoyed the neighborhood for walking and jogging, and coming back to cool off in the pool! Each bedroom was spacious, clean, and had ample closet space. The house is modern and tastefully decorated. It was centrally located in DFW for all the wedding activities, which was a huge bonus. Would recommend highly!

Great house. Couple of recommendations-needs doormats, front and back, sidewalks have dirt (due to lack of grass which makes rolling luggage, or walking a mess when you get to the house. The house was perfect for us and we enjoyed the pool/yard!

Great house with an inviting pool

Check-in was a breeze! The owner was great at communicating and we knew what to expect before arriving. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. We spent a ton of time in the pool, which was very clean and even cleaned once while we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, fun pool! The home was very clean. Great location to Grapevine and the Gaylord and easy access to Walmart for all the things we forgot. You should bring your own beach towels and floaties for the pool. If you have small children, be careful, there is a deep drop off behind the pool. Be aware that the floor plan is not open concept. There were plenty of beds/baths, but 12 people had a hard time congregating in the dining room and living room area. The driveway is big and will hold several cars. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

When you walked in the front door there was a yellow jacket nest that we needed to take care of. The windows were filthy, the bedroom on the main floor did not have a dresser or a closet. The shower did not have anything to set your shampoo or shower gel on and the toilet paper sat on the back of the toilet. The pool was nice, however, one of the drains on the deck was cracked and our grandkids could have gotten their foot stuck in there. There were just many little things that could have been fixed that would have made it much nicer. It wouldn't take much to fix several of the things to make it so much nicer.

Family Reunion 4th of July

This house perfect for a large family reunion with 5 kids (7 and under). The kids loved the pool. The adults loved the hot tub. We could see the fireworks from the pool area for a perfect evening. Highly recommend. The host is very responsive to any questions.

Nice rear yard, house okay

The hot tub was not heated and not included in the price to get heat and jets. That was very disappointing. The kitchen had small ants on the counter next to the sink which we had to spray. The living room smells of mildew/mold. The bedrooms where nice and as pictured. Oh and the BBQ grill gas was empty. Plenty of parking and the backyard was very nice with a great view.

Helpful and flexible

The owner was very flexible with me getting the house booked. Our initial stay had to be cancelled shortly before the trip due to the cold weather with possibility of ice in January and was very helpful in getting me in at a different date while helping in costs/refund.

Perfect for large family

This house was perfect for our large family of 15 ranging in age from infant to 60’s. Private bedrooms for each of our four families with comfortable living, dining, and kitchen common areas. Relaxing pool / hot tub in back with stunning view of lake and fountain nearby. We did have a couple of electrical “quirks” with the range and clothes dryer, however our host was very responsive and helped us resolve or work around these in short order. All in all, a wonderfully comfortable home base for us during our DFW weekend. Highly recommended!

Nice home

Very nice home to host friends for red river rivalry weekend. Plenty of space to host our group and within distance of several attractions in the DFW. Would definitely be open to booking this home again. Only things we didn’t like was the hot tub wasn’t operable which wasn’t communicated to us. The other being the home owner popping up at home unannounced and walking into the backyard while guest were relaxing. Would’ve appreciated being contacted beforehand.
