In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below. Especially when the seasons change, Dallas does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this. Please note guests will not have access to mailboxes or package deliveries The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware. We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own. Guest Access: You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, grill up some dinner at the BBQ courtyard, relax in the zen garden, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities. COVID-19 amenities update: The building amenities are currently open. We always comply with local health and safety measures, which continue to evolve, so we recommend contacting us before your stay to check the latest status. The Neighborhood: This is a new property in a new neighborhood. There are a number of grocery stores, restaurants and attractions nearby. Conveniently located with easy access to US-75 Getting Around: We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area. There was a small fold away cot provided for our 3rd person, perfect for a child. The sofa is not large enough to sleep on and it does not fold out. The kitchen was minimally stocked but there was coffee and a coffee pot which was very nice. The apartment feels minimally stocked with furniture and dishes - like exactly 2 coffee cups and the plastic drinking cups were cracked and leaking. The apartment was overall a good experience and I would recommend it but it was not LUXURY. A few upgrades could easily make this a more Luxury experience. ##### Samantha P.
