This model home lends a hotel vibe but with the comforts of home. The Space: Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. This amazing home is a true show-stopper! As you pull up, you’ll notice the sprawling front lawn and beautiful landscaping. Feel free to park in the 2-car garage, unload your bags, and head inside. You’ll be stunned as you take in the gorgeous interior of your temporary home. The design and furnishings are professionally planned and you’ll feel truly pampered. The large windows let in lots of natural light making the open-concept space seem even brighter. The spacious living room is furnished with luxurious furniture and amazing décor. It’s the perfect spot to gather as a group around the gorgeous fireplace. It opens to the kitchen so everyone can be together no matter what they’re doing. Speaking of the kitchen, this one is a dream one. It offers an over-sized island, quartz counters, a gorgeous backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. Plus, it’s fully equipped with everything you might need to whip up a fresh meal or enjoy some takeout from our amazing local restaurants. There are also many spots available for you to have your meals. There is a great formal dining area, a smaller breakfast area in the kitchen, or take a seat at one of the barstools at the kitchen counter. With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, you can comfortably fit a large group without having to fight over the bedrooms or bathrooms. The spacious bedrooms all contain comfortable furniture and lavish bedding perfect for getting a good night’s rest after a long fun-filled day. Plus, the main bedroom has direct access to the backyard. The beautiful main bathroom has a double vanity and huge walk in shower. Some items do need to be fixed. Communication was good but there was quite a bit of pushback at the beginning with the initial reservation making the situation frustrating. Asked for early check in and was denied and got into the house 20 minutes late due them only staffing one person for the cleaning of the prior guests. Asked for late check out to never hear back if we could get it so we checked out at 10 leaving us to wander town until our daughter’s game at 2\. House is nice and we would return, just hope the communication is a bit better. ##### Ciana T. The construction of this home is poor quality. A doorknob is missing in one bedroom. The bathtub is old and stained. The walls are scuffed and dirty. The furniture is full of stains. The outdoor space wasn't cleaned and it was so dirty you couldn't sit outside. The pool was so dirty you couldn't swim in it. My husband and I stayed for a week with another couple at this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen, large table for eating, nice pool, comfortable beds, backyard with privacy fence for pool area. One of my favorite things was how safe the neighborhood was. I was able to jog each day and appreciated that. It was convenient to restaurants and easy to get downtown in 15 mins. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We had one small issue upon arrival the first night and it was corrected immediately the next morning. The management team was fantastic - responsive, prompt and friendly. It was a gorgeous, well appointed house in a great, quiet neighborhood. It is a very conveneint location and very safe location with garage parking and back driveway parking. Tons of room to spread out and I loved the open floor plan with two places to eat and two places to sit and talk. Each bedroom was also roomy with either a desk or a TV. It was perfect for our family Christmas. We will hopefully come back in the summer and take advantage of the backyard and pool. The owner was very easy to reach but unintrusive. It was all family under one roof and the house never felt crowded. The kitchen really works for multiple people. The pool is a welcome relief to the heat. Communication was open and very responsive from the owner. Location was great for us as we made a visit to downtown and out to a Ranger game.
