Valet can’t park a standard size pick up truck and was told we had to park down the street and walk back with luggage. I contacted the host prior to arrival and once we were told about the parking situation we canceled because of the parking issue. I was told that they would get back with me shortly on confirming my cancellation and refund and I am still waiting. Every time I contact the host it is more run around with no resolution.
