Jul 4, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Vacation Ruined I’ve never had to leave a bad review but here we are. I was really looking forward to this stay but a couple hrs before check in I get a message saying that my check in was gonna be delayed due to extensive damage from previous tenants. Which I was ok with since I was gonna arrive about an hr or so late anyways. But not long after their message I get another saying they are going to have to cancel our reservation. I had reservations already pre paid for the same day which I couldn’t make because I spent it trying to look for another place to stay. I had to pay out of pocket again since it was a Sunday and couldn’t receive my refund right away. Because of the time of day I couldn’t get another home soI had to stay at hotel in which I had to book double rooms just to accommodate my family which. Two nights I had to stay at a hotel.
