The apartment features a bright, thoughtfully designed living space with comfortable seating, elegant decor, and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware, utensils, and coffee essentials, making dining at home easy and enjoyable. The bedroom offers a plush queen bed with premium memory foam mattress and quality linens, while the living room provides additional sleeping space with a sofa bed. The bathroom is modern, clean, and stocked with toiletries and fresh towels. Guests enjoy private access to the apartment, high-speed WiFi, smart TV streaming, in-unit laundry, central air and heating, convenient parking options, elevator access, and secure building entry. Self check-in is simple, and communication is fast and responsive throughout your stay. The location is exceptional. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. 2\. All early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and it is subject to our approval. The rate is $20 per hour before check-in time. Standard Check-in Time from Mon-Sat: is at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM during Sundays. 3\. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Standard Check-Out Time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00\. At 12:00 PM it costs $40.00\. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subjected to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion. 4\. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. NO PETS over 50LBS. There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay (not included in the booking total and will be collected through the resolution center). Extra Pet Cleaning Fee are as follows: 1-2 nights: $100/pet; 3-6 nights: $150/pet; 7-29 nights: $250/pet; 30+ nights: $300/month/pet. 5\. Visitors are generally not allowed without previous notification. Please, notify us about any visit to analyze your request. 6.Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. There is a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. 7\. Strictly observe Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. 8\. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. 9\. Please don’t use the face or bath towel as a kitchen towel. There will be a $10 charge if face towels are stained. If there is no paper towel, please let us know. 10\. Please be advised that we do not provide extra towels and sheets. You are most welcome to bring your own towels and sheets if you will be needing more. 11\. Please be advised that an additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150.00 12\. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve the delivered mail. 13\. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. 14\. Do not alter any safety device. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. 15\. If any damage or issue arises that requires repair, we will notify you promptly. Repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund 16\. $600 penalty for lost or damaged key/ fob / parking permit. $500 penalty if you’re locked out and will need us to send someone to assist you. 17\. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by our housekeeping team. I would recommend pulling "Lux" off the descriptor as it is misleading. Some things that made in not a "Lux" experience are: 1)the curtains are not wide enough to cover the windows (only decorative) and with the gaps in the blinds, quite a bit of light comes into the rooms and privacy is compromised. This made it challenging to sleep at night. 2) The unit was cold when I arrived and it took quite a while to heat up. 3) The towel count is too limited and the towels themselves are thin and not soft (scream value). 4) The shower amenities were also not up to par as the shampoo and conditioner are value brand options and I had to purchase my own products late in the evening. 5) Additionally, the toilet sounded like water was running continuously during my stay, which also made it challenging to sleep. I am glad they were! Instead, I found this great location just a few minute walk from the hotel. And the cost was significantly less. Plus, I ended up having two dinners/drinks at the restaurants closer to my place.The one bedroom apartment worked great for me. It was clean, fast internet, and check-in was simple as long as you follow the accurate directions. There’s one part of the carpet with a small tear but didn’t bug me. There was some shampoo/body wash of a brand I didn’t typically use that belongs to the full time resident I believe, but I travel with my own travel size shampoo and wash anyway when doing VRBO’s so had no impact.I’d stay again if in this area. ##### Eric P.
