The staff that was here during this trip were polite, and helpful. The rooms were honestly so nice, and clean. I thought it was one of the better hotels I have stayed in the last few years (which has been a lot because of work). I would stay here again.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel was a bit dated and in rough condition. Shower water pressure was low so I didn’t have hot water. Elevators were out of service on the second day.

They casually told us at check in ghey could not provide daily maid service! Prices were already inflated due to eclipse. When asked why just said busy weekend. Asked for managers contacts and got a wrong email. Asked for phone and name. Verifies the number twice. The manager answered and said wrong number. At check out tried again. Run around. Poorly managed hotel. Abaentee manager who is not interested in service. Stay somewhere else. Lots of options there. Property fairly dingy as well. Morning staff good. Evening check in slow and unwelcoming

We were in town for the American Girl store and this LaQuinta was very conveniently located close to the store and great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this location again in the future.

You have to ask for your room to be made. Towels, new sheets etc. Great breakfast. Area is close to trader joes for groceries and close to several restaurants to dine in or take out.

I opted for an axcessible room. It was great. My only hang up was the one sliw elevator. We were on the 4th floor.

Beautiful room and hotel, lovely staff who are very caring and attentive, sketchy neighborhood. One guy hung out by the front door sizing everyone up (including myself), and two other guys were seen in the side visitor parking on the side of the hotel, laying on the ground under a parked car? At 11pm? Was going to order Uber eats as I arrived late for check-in but opted to stay in my room and go without dinner because of this.

The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast, they gave potatoes and sausages but no eggs at the end they came out with cold boiled eggs.

Decent property. A little out dated and could be a bit cleaner. Breakfast area was small compared to how many guests there was. Not enough tables and chairs. Check in was super easy and staff was very nice. I would stay here again. We stayed 3 nights this time.

The property is clean, the staff are very nice and professional. The only downside is the parking area is a little tight. Overall, this is my hotel of choice when staying in the area.

Very clean and well kept up. Staff was friendly and helpful, beds were super comfortable, complimentary breakfast was delish (esp. the TX-shaped waffles!). And since we had just spent 2 days in a different hotel where lots of things were broken, it was a very pleasant change to have a nice room where everything worked perfectly!

We were given smoking room whereas I have booked non smoking room. Upon requesting room change, front desk assistant told me that she can’t do anything.

Our stay was fine, but I wouldn't recommend traveling with kids here. The bathroom does not have a lock and my toddler would bust the doors open. We had to use a hair tie to keep it closed. Also, the front light switch has no signs indicating it controls the whole room. I turned it off thinking it would turn off the front lamp off. My husband was working on an important document on his laptop and it ended up deleteing when i turn the switch off. Highly disappointed..
