Kinda sketchy area but didn’t feel unsafe. However the obnoxious LED parking lot lights that face directly into the room is ridiculous! Maybe they need to be adjusted so they don’t shine right into your window

Amazing king size beds, and clean and free breakfast in the morning. You cannot beat this hotel for the price. I’m a Marriott Ambassador and the price was way too high around the airport so I chose this hotel and it was amazing!

The staff was very nice and helpful, but the cleanliness was terrible. The water in the pool was very nasty! The breakfast was also not good.

This property was extremely clean inside the rooms and staff were very helpful. I questioned this property when arriving outside although I was throughly impressed with my room. The only inconvenience that I experienced was the shower controls not allowing for appropriate pressure at either cool or warm temperatures. It was mostly either extremely hot or freezing cold. It did work and was clean so I will not fault it too much.

Brenda the representative at the service desk was just very polite and accommodateable very friendly and transportation person was as well. I can't recall his name he picked me up at 5:00am on schedule so I could make it to my flight on time.

The entry lights in the rooms have motion sensors so it would not stay turned off. Once the air conditioner kicks on and the curtain moves, the light turns on. Very annoying. We also got locked out of our room because the battery died on the lock to our room. We missed our dinner reserations because we had no access to our stuff for several hours. They put us in another smaller room later that night after they used a crowbar to open our room to get our things. I asked about a refund and i was told their manager was unavailable to give a refund or discount. I also left a very expensive pair of shoes on the bed and they denied ever finding them even though i am certain i left them. We will not be back. The property is nice but the staff is terrible.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Wall unit AC was leaking water slowly. Floor in room is vinyl plank which is different than I am used to and likely a cleaner option than carpet. The rooms are not very sound proof at all. If you have bad/loud neighbors you will hear them well from your room.

Very limited towels and condiments in rooms room was mot cleaned at any point during stay we stayed there for the piol which was terrible way to much chlorine cielings falling in place needs some revamp

Overall pleased with our stay. Hotel has some signs of age but the parking lot was well lit, front desk was friendly and check-in was super simple. The room was clean and while it wasn’t my own comfortable bed, my family all slept well. For the convenient location and price, I’ve no complaints.
