Situated in a prime location, our retreat offers easy access to Dallas's vibrant cultural scene, renowned dining establishments, and major attractions. Explore the city's diverse neighborhoods or embark on a short drive to iconic landmarks.  
  
License plate: In order to enhance the security and organization of our premises, we require all guests to provide the license plate number of their vehicle upon check-in. This information will help us ensure that parking spaces are properly allocated and that only registered vehicles are parked on our premises.  
  
Parking: Please note that there's only one assigned parking space per apartment.  
We allow well behaved cats and dogs. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog and please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay.  
Please be mindful of the electricity.
