However there are windows tht are broken and have tape covering them, the toilet broke and there was broken legs on a chair and night stand. The key fob didn’t work for the elevators so we kept having to take the stairs. There is a club that has people in and out of it until 4:30 am directly across the street. Music, yelling, fighting, medical issues happening. I had to buy ear plugs and could still hear the noise all night long. When we got up Sunday morning to catch our uber at 4:30 Am there was people drunk out there on the sidewalks still yelling and fighting and carrying on. I literally didn’t sleep for more than an hour at a time every night. The building in very nice the apartment is nice but the location is horrible and there is no sound proofing due to the huge windows. The towels were damp and in the dryer when we got there, something sticky all over the floor in the bedroom but it wasn’t filthy. There was mold around the shower and around the vent in the bathroom. The plates in the cabinets had crusted food on them, and the dishwasher was not working so smelled horrible. The staff was responsive when contacted about not having access to the garage. They quickly assisted me to get into an additional unit and obtain the key fob from that unit. The hallways smell like a mixture of trash and pot all the time. Staff did offer to have somebody from maintenance come look at the dishwasher, but by that time I had elected to cut my stay short due to lack of sleep and respiratory issues. The unit I stayed in backs to the bar/game room. And when it lets out every morning around 2:30 or 3 AM, there is drag racing, loud voices or fights in the alleyway. When I say that I couldn't get out of the parking garage, I do not mean paying and driving out, I mean getting out on foot while I am parked. Not only were the elevators inaccessible, even the stairs to get outside to the street were caged, locked, and inaccessible (how this comports with fire code I do not know). I eventually departed the lot in my car and parked elsewhere, and fortunately the associated Leasing office was open, where a nice employee told me that getting out of the parking lot requires a fob. The emailed instructions made no mention of a fob and were sadly inadequate. To stay and park here you need a building/elevator access code, a suite access code, and a fob -- only one of which was provided to me, and that one didn't work. A call to their support line in the UK eventually got me an access code and suite code that actually did work. Things worked reasonably (though the elevator buttons were strangely difficult to work, which combined with non-working codes makes things extra confusing). But then when I left on Sunday morning, as there is no front desk, no fob drop off, and no employees present, I thought I should leave my fob in the room. But then, surprise! The elevator access stopped working a day early.
