It was just close to the airport . . .and cheap.

Location: It's only benefit is the proximity to the airport.
No coffee in room No glasses or plates Small soap bar and shampoo (only) in bath

No rooms at the hotel.

I booked my stay with Expedia, for a busy weekend. When I arrived to the hotel they had my reservation in the system twice, but neither were the accommodations that I needed. The clerk seemed clueless and unhelpful. I had to find suitable accommodations else where.

Staff was rude about us asking about the airport shuttle. Then rude about ya checking in. Room appeared clean until you found little black hairs EVERYWHERE. Was told if we needed any cooking utensils to call. Called about specific utensils and apparently they didn’t have them. No daily housekeeping. Grab and go breakfast makes sense but it would help if the coffee/hot water was even warm 10 mins after it started. When we inquired about the shuttle to the airport they failed to take needed information so they didn’t show at the time we requested. With no remorse they set us up to be late to the airport because the front desk lady was busy on her phone.

Nice. Not great

You get what you pay for. No coffee maker. No cups, dishes, glasses, or silverware. If not there for seven days, they won’t clean the room or empty the trash cans. Very basic.

The AC in my room flooded about half the floor. I reported it when i checked in. Didnt get fixed until 24 hours later. Never anyone at the front desk. Others even complsined about that

I was very disappointed in my room. I did not have all the supplies that the hotel was suppose to provide at the time of my arrival. I had to request kitchenware which included towels, soap, pots, plates, cups and mugs. There was no coffee pot in my room. My room was also dirty. There were crumbs on the couch and floor. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The TV only has 15 channels and the controller was broken, so I has to manually change channels and volume. The hold time I was there I did not receive housekeeping and had to request fresh towels. The breakfast was limited to small cupcakes, oatmeal and the coffee tasted old. I will never stay here again.

First room had blood on sheets.

First room had bloody sheets. Got transferred to a second room which had no security lock because door was previously broken down and door jam was still in pieces. Horrible experience. Far worse than any other motel I've stayed in and i travel frequently.
