The AC in my room flooded about half the floor. I reported it when i checked in. Didnt get fixed until 24 hours later. Never anyone at the front desk. Others even complsined about that

First room had blood on sheets.

First room had bloody sheets. Got transferred to a second room which had no security lock because door was previously broken down and door jam was still in pieces. Horrible experience. Far worse than any other motel I've stayed in and i travel frequently.

Drug dealers and Prostitutes by DFW

We arrived late, only one employee to help out and she clearly was annoyed with everything. We indicated on reservation we would be using sofa bed and it was not ready, had to hunt down sheets in the middle of night etc. Lots of obvious drug dealing and prostitution going on, long term residents hanging out outside smoking in middle of night. All these things are overshadowed by the horrendous smell the room had. Indescribable. Never again.

Pretty good motel for the price

Clean room, friendly staff, and the room was pretty quiet even tho its close to DFW airport

Tired

I sat outside for over 20 minutes trying to get inside to check in. It was after hours, approximately 11:16pm. The night time call service finally got in contact with the manager, who made contact with the clerk. After being greeted by an unapologetic night clerk, who didnt offer an explanation nor apology, i made it into my room at 11:52pm. Finally thinking im about to get a hot shower and some much needed rest, i undress and lean in to turn on the shower only to see some other patrons stagnant bath water looking ominously back at me daring me to touch. Like a fool, i attempted to pull the stopper only to find out it was broken and stuck in the drain. Infuriated, i stormed to the door and open it to none other than the tired and indifferent, night clerk escorting a family down the hallway. On cue, i instantly started laying out my complaints, only to be told she would help me once she was done with the escort. I was given another room and finally made it to my warm bed that cost me $77, around 12:45am. I had to shower! Well 6:30am came quicker than id wanted and who did i see at checkout bright and early? You guessed it, the well rested and bubbly night clerk. I have to say that this was the worst $77 room fee I've ever had the pleasure of spending. I filed a complaint but have yet to hear anything back. Hardworkers stay away. Welcomed is young ppl smoking pot, and having a blast in the hallways and outside. The property is beautiful, but looks can and was deceiving.

The first room we were given had what looked like bloody towels on the floor.
