Mice droppings in kitchenette drawers, Carpets dirty and floor sticky. Only stayed for eight hours overnight and felt only excellent rating was the front desk clerk - Merv. She was very friendly and professional. At 10:30 pm only one cart available and had a broken wheel.

Ok place to stay

Check in was ok, was given a different room than the one I paid for. Continental breakfast that’s offered was actually mini muffins chewy bars and coffee and when we checked out the girl who had been sleeping in the office Sunday morning forgot to call the shuttle for us so I ended up paying for an Uber at double the cost of what it should have been

Horrible everything

This was the most horrible experience ever! The staff was rude, the facility was dirty and run down abs our room was filthy. Never again will I stay with extended stay.

Not very good

They tried to overcharge me when I checked in. The room was terrible. Towels were old and rough. Thr TV signal went out often and the sound was shot anyway. The lock on the door was broken. The sink didnt drain well. The bed was impressively uncomfortable and there wasnt enough pillows.

Disappointment

Everything from the check-in process, room and bathroom conditions were very up to standard. I will never return to this hotel in the future.

There are a lot of other hotel choices near DFW Airport that are cleaner and in better shape than this hotel. There are huge parts of walls torn out in the hallways where they are repairing plumbing.

No bottle water and left over food items left in cabinets! Non smoking room smells like a smoking room

Very nice hotel the continental breakfast was excellent. I tuuly enjoyed it was wonderful. The rooms were great.
