About this space  
Step into this stunning two story 3 bedroom 2 1-2 bath brand new home. The kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It overlooks the living room and beautiful long entry way. The master bedroom is generously sized and has a stunning bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is a full bath upstairs with a half bath downstairs. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay near downtown Dallas, Fair Park, Lower Greenville, Deep Ellum, and Baylor Medical Center.  
The space  
Downstairs: two car garage with access to interior, entryway with abundant storage room, half-bath, full kitchen with all appliances and necessities for cooking dining area, comfortable living room with smart TV, and private backyard with BBQ grill.  
  
Upstairs: master bedroom with en suite and king size bed, two spare bedrooms each with queen size beds, and a shared full-bath.
