No extra guests allowed without permission. Guest is responsible for all occupants. Kindly note that extra guest fee of $25 applies after the first 2 guests per night. 2\. Objectionable Guests: Landlord reserves the right to request removal of guests deemed objectionable to neighbors or property. Failure to vacate results in cancellation without refund and liability for damages. 3\. Early check-in and late check-out are available for $25 per hour,subject to our cleaner’s schedule and required prep time. 4\. Pets: Our unit is no longer pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. Bringing an unapproved pet will be charged $500 fine. Hold Harmless: Homeowners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of belongings on the premises. Guests assume all risks arising from the use of the premises. 6\. Weather/Natural Disasters: No refunds for unfavorable weather, storms, earthquakes, or wildfires. 7\. Surveillance: Outdoor security cameras are present. Tampering with cameras leads to cancellation, forfeiture of deposit, and removal without refund. 8\. Rules: Abide by Rental Rules during the lease agreement. Non-compliance results in cancellation, eviction, and deposit forfeiture. 9\. House Rules: Maintain property and furnishings in good order. No outdoor shoes inside. Please feel free to bring your indoor shoes, if need be. 10\. Noise: Observe quiet hours from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM to avoid disturbing neighbors. 11\. Smoking: Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the property. 12\. Damages: Charges apply for broken, stolen, or damaged property at the repair/replacement cost plus 20% service fee. 13\. Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping. Do not remove linens, towels, or provided supplies from the unit. 14\. Outlets and Plugs: Do not disconnect cables from outlets. Reconnect cables before departure in emergencies. 15\. Cleaning: Rinse dishes and place them in the dishwasher, if used. Dispose of waste in appropriate bins. Non-compliance may result in extra cleaning fees. 16\. Parties: Large group gatherings/events are not permitted at our unit. Hosting a party causing extra cleaning or neighbor disturbances will result in cancellation, eviction, and deposit forfeiture. Guests who hold a party without prior authorization will incur a $500 fine. 17\. Garbage: For stays under 2 days, using over 4 bags incurs a $10/bag penalty after the first 4 bags. If you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding the process, feel free to reach out to me. 18\. Kindly be advised that the replacement cost for the lost fob key is $75 and $10 for the door key. Guests are solely responsible for covering this expense. We highly encourage guests to exercise caution and avoid misplacement to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. 19\. We have a strict last-minute cancellation policy; cancellations during the stay are allowed but will not be eligible for a refund. 20\.
