This 2 bed/2 bath home is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from all the local attractions this great city has to offer.  
Whether you plan to catch a ball game, attend a rockin' concert, or just enjoy a little family time away, this is the right place for you!  
Our home has been designed to provide all the comforts of being at home, and all the fun of a perfect getaway.  
  
20 mins to DFW Airport  
30 mins to Love Field Airport  
20 mins to Dallas, TX  
15 mins to Fort Worth, TX  
  
This property is 2 stories. 1st floor consists of a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a queen bed, one full bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, and a laundry space. 2nd floor consists of a movie themed living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a queen bed, one full bathroom, and a game room with a pool table.  
  
Guests will have access to the entire home minus the garage.  
  
Personal contact information is provided. Guests are welcome to reach out at any time.  
  
Please make sure to read over and follow all house rules. Any violation of house rules will result in additional fees.  
The maximum guest allowance is 8. All guests should be registered, this includes those staying overnight as well as any visitors to the property. If the guest count exceeds 8 at any time during your stay, it will be assumed that an unauthorized party or large gathering is taking place. This will result in a cancellation of your reservation, and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.  
All service animals must be disclosed ahead of arrival and proper documentation must be provided.  
  
Coasters have been provided throughout the house, please make sure to use them.  
  
Street parking is not allowed. A maximum of 3 vehicles may be parked in the driveway. Please be mindful of our neighbors and stay on the correct side of the dividing line. Any vehicles parked in or blocking the neighboring driveway will be towed at the owner's expense.  
  
Please make sure to lock all doors any time you leave the property.
