I was checked in early on the day of arrival because I was early. that was very nice, but the next day I had to wait till 6pm for someone to clean the room. I think that is too long even if they are understaff

Stayed a week and asked for housekeeping to come in every day, only received housekeeping 2 days. Single woman, 12 year old daughter and 88 year old mother. Came back to room every day after a long day out and no housekeeping. Parking is horrendous. Spaces are way too narrow and people are forced to park very close. I had to crawl through passenger side twice to get to drivers seat. Breakfast is also not the best, was there from Friday to Friday and experienced everything breakfast had to offer. Eggs are not real eggs. Would not stay here again.

Traveling with children for spring break, we thought the indoir pool was a big plus. Unfortunately it was uncomfortablely cold and we were unable to tolerate it. Good breakfast. Clean yet items in room could use replacement ie -Mismatch lamp shades, broken desk lamp, missing bed skirt on one of the beds and shower faucet needed repair.

The best part of our experience was Josh when we checked in. It went downhill from there. Our room was less then clean, the floor didn’t look like it had been vacuumed, shower had mildew. The water pressure was awful and the hot water took over 20 minutes to get warm at best. It was never hot, it took multiple flushes to flush the toilet. Electrical outlets and charging outlets didn’t work. Only one elevator worked. I realize you don’t know who is checking into the hotel but when guests have multiple children running, jumping and screaming up and down your halls at 6:00 am and dogs barking at 5:30am you should be aware of the situation and controlling it so i don’t have to call after an hour of putting up with it! You have cameras in you hallways to address this! This was a ridiculously AWFUL experience and we will never be back!

Great but no choice in coffee
Everything was fine except there is no choice of coffee at breakfast. They only offer light roast which has no taste. In the past they offered both but since Covid it seems only the light roast. This should be fixed easily.

Staff were friendly, welcoming, and curtious. Rooms, lobby, and breakfast area were all clean, as well as our room. For personal reasons, the only issues I had were with the mattress being too firm, and the room doors being too heavy, to where you could hear the slamming from down the hall, or other floors.
