Chris the site manager was rude and nasty. We went hours without water. Housekeeping never came by our room to clean or see if we needed fresh linen and the list goes on and on. I always stay at the Hyatt and never had any problems so this was very disappointing.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had been here before and had a good experience with breakfast, however today’s experience was not great. The breakfast attendant didn’t put in the waffle mix until Late and breakfast was all gone and was not refilled until we were getting ready to leave. If you’re not a breakfast person, this property is great for a place to sleep!

One issue we had was the hotel phone was not working for three days. We could not call them for questions we had. Also, the coffee pot in the room didn’t work we asked for replacement and didn’t get one. Other than that, we enjoyed the property!

Reservation could not be found. Original room type booked was not provided so our family was split into two separate rooms. Front door did not close completely causing a safety issue. TVs barely worked at best. Hair in the shower. The worst was that I am legally handicapped and there was no elevator for our third floor room. That is an ADA violation.

Great stay!!
Two night stay for Texas State Football Championship. Room is huge. Sen, living room and separate bedroom. Friendly and fast check in. Quite at night. Any style food you want minutes away. Best part was the price!! This will be my new home away from home when visiting the DFW area!

NOTHING at all like the pictures. Very old and dated, looked and felt dirty. Carpet old and stained, smelled bad. Did not feel comfortable staying by myself. I DO NOT recommend this place. I felt like I was staying in one of those cheap pay by the hour places near a truck stop!

The idea of the apartment hotel is great and I stayed here a couple years ago but this time it seemed like the cleaning had gone downhill. Just the small details like dirty air vents or a fork sitting next to the bed makes me question how well the stuff that looks clean if it actually is. On Saturday breakfast was a mess with running out of food before breakfast was over. I would have expected the front desk would try to comp with anything to cover the breakfast if their deliveries were actually the issue.i heard from others that it’s not the first time it happens on a Saturday since it’s a busy day. I did get a chance to have breakfast today and it was a 7-8 out of 10. I mean the price point is ok for the rooms so I would stay here again just hope they do a better job with cleaning and management of their supplies. Also wish they had cameras or at least a gate for peace of mind of vehicles and property.

This property has some issues. They are doing construction and it’s pretty torn up. They also don’t take VISA debit cards. Lastly the breakfast is simply awful. Basically inedible and powder eggs ugly disgusting Turkey sausages. Everything old cheap and gross.

I would have given Hyatt House more stars, but there were 2 reasons why I didn't. The rooms sofa and carpet are old. I had a room facing the street and it was really noisy. Need better windows to block out the traffic noise that went on all night.

First, it was acceptable. Most of my issues are based on two things: age of the property and cleanliness. The property is showing its age. They made attempts to update but that's not enough. Sidewalks are uneven, doors stick, lighting in the room isn't great. Nothing horrible but something a good multi-year project to upgrade would fix. My room needed a good thorough clean and check of all features. It was a bunch of little things - spider webs in the corners of the wall, odd counts of silver wear (4 knives, 2 spoons?), bathroom sink that backed up with the smallest trickle of water, TVs that have different channel lineups from room to room, dirty areas where the daily cleaning just isn't going to get to but over time, it builds up. Again, nothing horrible but someone taking a checklist room to room over time and addressing would be a big win. Staff was fine. One day I was working in the room room and asked for no cleaning. That translated to no housekeeping for my entire stay but that's a quibble. I didn't eat the breakast so no comment there. Security: property is at the intersection of two busy roads. There is no access control to get to your door. Keycard gates at the access points from parking would help increase the perception of security. If the price was right, I'd stay again but it would not be a 1st choice. I was going to share my thoughts at check out but another guest had a similar set of issues for the clerk and I didn't have time to wait.

Loved the spacious room with the kitchen. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning the room. The carpet had not been vacuumed and there was dust everywhere. Other than that it is a good place to stay

Both Nancy at the front desk && the older gentleman during checkout were BEYOND nice ! Be wary you MUST have a credit card w/ your name to check in, even tho you can book w/ any card . Outside of that, the living space is so big && spacious along with the complimentary dishes, pots, pans, stove && fridge, the stay here was more than amazing . It got too cold for us to swim, but overall 10/10 experience. Would recommend and will be coming back again.
