### Great one bedroom condo in North Dallas

Great one bedroom private apartment in North Dallas. Close to shopping, highways and businesses. Has everything you need for your stay: comfortable bed, nice kitchen with all appliances, wide screen TV and high speed internet. There is covered parking for you car, small backyard and pool to cool you down. Just enjoy your stay.  
Other things to note  
This is pet friendly place. If you have pets please notify what kind of pet you have, what is the breed and how many. There is a pet fee $100/pet per stay.  
Entry gate could be closed at night and I will provide you with the gate code.
