Check in was very easy and simple. When I walked in I felt bamboozled. The furniture was completely worn down,pillows had holes in them, but that wasn’t the worse. The smaller couch had stains on the seat cushion from the left side to the right. Unsure what the stains were but I refused to sit on it. The bigger couch had the holes in the pillows, and it had juice like stains.The apartment reeked of dust, and dirt smell.I literally had to open the windows. The bedroom covers/pillow cases were filthy, and I mean filthy! The walls had stains all over, from the living room, bedrooms, even the closets. I did not want to live there for 5 days! I reached out to the host with my concerns, and was accused of phishing for a free stay. I had to explain to the host, that would allude to me wanting to actually stay there. Which I DID NOT. I explained to Vrbo.that a refund wasn’t necessary if they could place my children and I somewhere else clean. They left it in the host hands, and the host refused to refund me. The host stated verbatim that even hotel, hospitals, and restaurants aren’t perfect. Which is true, the difference is restaurants, and hotels would refund you, and let you go else where. The host offered to let the cleaner come out to clean 3x, when I asked if she was going to clean the couches, change the bed covers, sheets and pillows. They refused for safety. ##### Lashana O. Ended up staying at a hotel. The space was advertised as a flat. The details may say apartment and shame on me for not reading every word and assuming the pictures were accurate. Space was dirty, furniture was worn and uncomfortable, and smelled. Just beware when booking. I requested a refund but the owner refused and VRBO is limited on what they can do. If you book, you take all the risk, the owner assumes none. Because of this experience, I will limit my usage of VRBO. ##### Kody I. We chose this place because we wanted to be able to cook our meals and wash our clothes on site during our stay. That worked perfectly. Everything we needed was available to us. Place was clean. The pool area was very nice, and we enjoyed it daily. The furniture was adequate, but not super comfortable. No curtains on the windows, just as shown on the photos, so the sun shines in bright and early. Would have preferred blackout curtains. Very commercial area. Everything you need and want is only minutes away. We easily drove to Lego land and sea life. It was about 15-20 minute drive.
