The front office girl Nikkillia was very accomodating, everything from a fast check in to food delivery recommendations, she is very sweet.

What a value!

Cons: Location and price.
Location: Centrally located to the area I was needing to go to. Also, very close to DFW airport.
For the money I paid for a quick one night stay, this was a fantastic deal.

Do not stay at this hotel

The staff was rude the noise was terrible and the staff did nothing about it I had to call the police to get noise level down

Awful experience

Absolutely terrible. Overpriced. The shower in our room didn't even work and the bed was hard. Non smoking floor wreaked of cigarettes. Don't stay here!!! Shuttle bus driver took us to the wrong airport. From there we had to take a $50 taxi ride to the correct one and would have missed our flight if it hadn't been delayed.

The hotel was acceptable overall. However, getting back to the hotel on the shuttle was a pain! They would not pick us up at the terminal where we landed. We had to haul all our stuff to another terminal. Took us several hours to get back. Won't stay there again.

Sub-par hotel

Comfortable bed. 1st room no A/C. Staff moved us to another room. Hotel needs a "face lift".

Old and outdated

Unexpected stay due to missed flights. Hotel was only one with airport shuttle that had a room (due to late arrival AND NASCAR being in town.) Now we know why. Hotel is old and run-down. Our room was filthy, the bedside lamp was hanging sideways, the floor was dirty, the bathroom had a huge burn mark on it and overall was shabby. The staff were nice, helpful and tried, but the hotel was just not up to any clean or quality standard. There was coffee and muffins in the lobby.

It was ok free shuttle rids to from airport no restaurants walking distance and no hot breakfast only coffee bars and fruit
