Smelly and horrible service. Do yourself a favor and DO NO stay in this hotel.

for a "fully equipped" kitchen, it was not stocked with anything for cooking. Had to go to front desk, fill out a form and "check out" what we wanted. Other hotels with kitchens like this we could walk in and everything we could want was basically already in the cabinets and drawers. No pool at this location, if you don't look at the site carefully you will miss the fine print "at select locations" when they talk about having pools.

Poor condtion hotel.

Very poor customer service. The is no attendant at from desk & the hotel smells.

Breakfast

They say breakfast is from 6:00am till 9:30am; at 7:30 there was nothing less to eat and they didn't have any intention of refill the (poor) breakfast baskets.

Pros: Comfortable bed.
Cons: Very low tolet in room. Bathroon not clean. Things left behind from prior ocupant.
Location: Only 2 resturants close by.
Budget hotel. Not very clean. Prepackaged granola bar and coffee was considered breakfast. Not worth waking up for. Low tolet seat in bathroom.

Good beds

Good stay, the room was really clean and with a really good space. The shower was not a really good one and the breakfast is just coffee and a few muffins. It didn't worth the price ($144). But the State Fair was happening and there wasn't too many rooms available close to the airport.

Just a place to lay your head

I got lost upon finding this place so i called them and the lady answered and said callback in 15 mins.I replied im on the road and she replied again callback in 15 mins because i have to check people in.i then said just give me your cross streets......and that was how i found them. I checked out the next morning for work and nobody was at the front .the sign said press O on the lobby phone outside.so i do .....then a black chick comes out of a nearby room and says just put your key on the desk. ..it would have saved us a lot of trouble if they had a notice that said that. Free continental breakfast here is just granola bars.....

Very Bad Experience

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a hotel. I had to wait 45 minutes and call twice for the shuttle. When I got to my room there was no soap so I had to go down to the desk to get some. The next morning I discovered that there was no hair dryer in the room, and when I called I was told rudely that there were no available hair dryers in the hotel so it was a very bad hair day. I have never been in a hotel without an available hair dryer!! Frankly I would like my money back.

Nice staff, nice room and location. Nothing around here except other hotels... No blow dryers in the room, could not get one until I was already leaving the next day.
