1- shuttle pick up from the airport was more than hour late after I called more than 4 times. 2- front desk reception is close after a certain time for security reasons so you have to call I order to enter the lobby. 3- microwave was dirty, bathroom was not clean, 4-breakfast suck 5- construction going on 6- your better off staying in a cheap motel

Great place to stay for travelers.

Extremely accommodating. Great place to stay if you are needing a room before leaving on a trip. You are able to keep your car in their parking lot and they will shuttle you to and from the airport for no extra charge. One person was flustered on the shuttle about the amount of time it was taking to be picked up, but if you are not willing to pay anything I see nothing wrong with having to spend a little extra time in the process. They are not going to have the same man power behind places that are asking for money for their services. Plan on staying here every time I fly out of Dallas.

It was a good overall experience. The room was bigger than expected. One flaw was the hotel was under complete renovation while i was there and the lovby was a little dusty. But no complaints.

Clean room

This hotel is been renovating. It will be a very good place To stay near the airport. For the price I paid for, with free airport shuttle, free wifi, grab and very clean room plus grab and go breakfast, you can not find at that area.

THE WORST HOTEL AS I HAVE EXPERIENCED

When I first came in the room, I did smell bad. They didn't provide cleaning service of room for 3days. Also, thety never changed and refilled a towel, soap, shampoo and etc. There is no kitchen supplies such as spoon, fork, dish and cup, even if there is a kitchen. Anyway, Not use this terrible hotel any more for me.

Not worth the price

I waited 1 1:2 hour or more for shuttle to take me from airport to hotel. The hotel did not have hair dryers in the room nor were they able to supply a curling iron. Expedia charged me $96 for the room. The hotels rate was $65.
