Property was not the cleanest, If you do want your room clean daily there is a charge for it. Also shower did not get hot mostly very lukewarm. Water from the sink actually was hotter.

Every thing was nice overall. When it came close to checking out The room cleaning People Came to the door all loud and mess and wouldn’t wait til I put some clothes on to open the door But the longer i spent Puttin on my clothes the-more louder they got, so I opened the door with just My underwear on. Cleaning staff needs to learn to be More Patient and respectful.

was here in Texas on business doing a Tour 1 graveyard shift,audit for my job. Every morning, when I returned to th hotel. Front desk Jack would always be so very pleasant. Hot coffee muffins,oatmeal available. Blessings and gratitude to Jack. Kindness goes a long way when you're far away from home. Newly renovations going on beautiful location

Horrible staff, my door would not lock anyone could walk in my room. Unless i was there and locked through the inside. I went to front desk and he said he couldn’t do nothing about it. First room hadn’t been cleaned and smelled strong of weed. When we asked for another room the girl at the counter said we would be better off getting a refund and going somewhere else. Second room after maintenance man was kind enough to check which rooms were cleaned said the second room had been cleaned. There were clean sheets and towels but the room was filthy. Urine stained on bathroom door, dead bugs in bathtub. Liquid sticky on floor. Spit cup in cabinet. Lock on door was loose but did work. Overall, staff was friendly but not prepared.

Front receptionist was so nice & respectful. I am glad I was able to see the room before paying for it. When we walked in the room it smelled so bad & it looked so dirty. There’s seemed to be a lot of homeless around. I was glad I was able to walk back to the office & cancel my reservation.

Everything in the room was peeling and molded. It was stains all over the bed and a towel in the tub. The staff present argued with me that it was clean and didn’t see a problem with the bathroom or the towel in the tub and refused my refund.

Great stay
Has a operational kitchen area and right next to a cracker barrel so them not having a actual breakfast wasn't an issue. The night desk clerk did frequent property checks so felt very secure. Was full due to Texas and Dallas games that weekend but not bad prices and it was a 7 dollar Uber to the stadium. And alot of food options nearby

I was in building 200 room 203 This rooms was dirty. The tub the sheets we found two bed bugs crawling on the bed. I wish I would taken pictures of them before I had killed them. Disgusting! Most of the outlets didn’t work. Smoke detectors hanging off the ceiling on the wires.

It wasn’t as I expected. Pictures on the app are not some what accurate. Bedroom dirty. Sofa bed mattress had blood stains all over. They did change me to another room but again dirty.

The lamps didn’t have any light bulbs, the shower had hair all over it, the refrigerator didn’t work, and the deadbolt had been broken before, so it stuck every time I tried to get back in.

I'm just going to say JUST DON'T. From Rude Staff Half ass cleaning Floor was sticky. Smelled like they let homeless people sleep there when unattended. There was a homicide no lie on the back side of building in which I was staying in. Sketchy place in such a nice suburban area. Lots of people without jobs living there and most are on drugs and they are extremely nosey. Smelled like smoking room but it wasn't. The only thing was the cool AC and ok sleeping. Sad pathetic and uneducated staff that thinks that way of thinking is cute. These be same idiots demanding more pay for rachet service. Texas department health needs to bulldoze this place frfr.
