Incompetent! The hotel is very short staff. We stayed 4 days and our room was never cleaned. The front desk needs training. Kia tried to accomondate the mistakes that were made.

Room key problems

Pros: Rooms are nice, breakfast is often buffet or omelette options, and great location.
Cons: Rooms keys work and front desk be more helpful when keys don't work.
Location: Medical District, Design District, Apparel Mart, American Airlines Center and close to Oak Lawn Arean and Trinity Groves restaurants,
I have bought rooms at this property for my parents and in laws for the past twenty years. This was the worst check in we have experienced. We requested a handicapped room which was provided. The three room keys would not work and despite four visits and a technician coming to the room the replacement keys never opened the door the first time. The staff was rude, never offered other options, and seemed annoyed when I insisted front desk staff come up after the third set of keys didn't work for my seventy year old set of in laws. The room condition, and breakfast were good as usual but never had this level of horrible front desk or check in problems.

Past stays nice now going downhill

Received room with no sofa bed. Was told it was because we booked with Expedia. Exact words. "Expedia lied to you". They did switch our room. Pool was awful with a terrible odor. No pool towels even after calling front desk. No sheets for pull out but they did bring them quickly. Room looked to have had water leak in wall. Breakfast out of everything even at 9 am. The staff, except for check in person, was nice but obviously over worked. Will definitely book at at different location the next staycation.

Pros: The morning brunch and afternoon Happy Hour
Location: A very good location on Stemmons freeway . Restaurants and retail were easily accessible.
I have stayed at Embassy Suites previously and have always been pleased . However this was not a pleasing experience. Maybe, it was because it was booked through Expedia. However, we were booked in a room with no coffee pot,the bathroom vanity was located in the bedroom rather than in the bathroom, which gave my wife no privacy while dressing or getting ready for bed. Our requests for the coffee maker and additional toilet tissue were were not answered until the next day- after three calls and a personal visit to the front desk.

House keeping kept knocking on our door I think it was over priced everyone was rude and not customer friendly over all Juan that checked me in was the only nice person he greeted me friendly and explained my room and the activities they had for that night but was very uncomfortable at the hotel didn't even have a window to see outside will not got back to that hotel again

Nice hotel! Close to all the main attractions!

Very nice, clean, comfortable, quiet hotel that is very close to downtown and all the main attractions. Very comfortable beds and great staff!!

Clean friendly and worth every penny !

We enjoyed our stay and even though the hotel was packed for a Mary Kay convention we received excellent service . The breakfast was well made and they had a great variety for us to pick from . I will stay there again !

I had stayed there before and LOVED it but this time not so much. I was given a half cleaned room. Nasty wet towels were left behind. I called to have them removed. No one came. I had to go to the front desk. Just not satisfied with my stay.
