While looking around the room I notice that the floor by the window was wet almost to the bed and the room smelled of mold (Room 905). I checked in to my room later than I expected so I didn't have much to make room changes, I reserved the room so I could attend a party and stay safe from driving. When I talked to the hotel front desk about the condition on the room, he asked if I wanted to move and I informed him that I didn't have time so late in the evening. I asked him if there was a way to get a credit, discount or a certificate for a free stay to use in the future and he told me that since I booked on Expedia that he could not offer any credits, but he offered me something from the snack bar. Then next morning will checking out, a man that seems to work for the hotel but was dressed in plain clothes. He was behind the front desk hanging out and he asked me how was breakfast? I replied that it was great, but my room was a different story. His reply to this was "we going to pray about it"! If this person was a manager or even if he was just an employee, I thought that was a very insensitive thing to say to a guess and it made me feel like the money I spent to stay in a nice hotel, could have been easily spent on a Motel 6!!! I recommend Embassy to everyone that I talk to, because of the past awesome experiences that I've had in my past travel, but he made me feel as if the quality of Embassy and there customer value has really gone down to Motel status!

Thank you for your review. I see that there were some issues while you were here at the hotel. I will make sure that my General Manager and Department Heads are aware of these issues. I hope that this does not deter you from staying at the hotel again. If there is something we can do to make it right, please let us know.
