Worse Embassy stay ever!

We have never experienced such a horrible stay at any embassy property as we did this stay. We arrived around midnight Friday & the clerk checking us in was very rude, did not greet us just looked at us like why are we there. She gave us a handicapped room to which should have gone to people that truly needed it but we were too tired & didn't want the hassle with the already rude clerk. The next evening we come in for cocktail hour there was a fight going on with a big group of people in the pool area which had to be shut down,kids ran & played well after 2:30am & our room was right at the elevators, even after phoning the front desk the kids continued to be very noisy which was very disturbing all night! We got up after a few hours of sleep asked for late check out in hopes for some rest after clerk said yes housekeeping came twice & woke us back up. Told manager at check out of this horrible experience & all he said sarcastically was "awe...sorry to hear that" & walked away! The people at that hotel really disappointed us to go thru such a horrible stay! This place was very ghetto & unprofessional on all levels of upper employment! Waitstaff, housekeepers, bartenders & breakfast personnel was great,just the front desk people & "managers" were awful. Will not use this embassy location ever again!
