Stayed 3 nights breakfast was terrible 2 of the 3 nights rooms air conditioning would kick on and off about 50 times a night waking me & my family up several times with big bang's. The hot tub was so nasty my suit had to be washed 3 times & it still smells. The pool area was crazy couldn't hear yourself think bad design echo was nuts

We got the tiniest room you have ever seen. It had 2 tiny twin beds, and the smallest bathroom you could barely walk around. I have NEVER stayed at a embassy that was like this. All the other room have a living area with bedroom. As soon as we opened the door we went and asked the front desk why we got a room like that and was told because we used expedia. I travel every month and seek out embassy hotels and always book with expedia so this was false! We had a 2 night stay and the first night in that room was horrible for my family of 4. The 2nd day we went to lobby and asked if they were completely booked for the night. The guy told us no are you needing a room, we said we are just wanting to see how much it cost to get a bigger room (the ones we are use to at embassy) and he said oh then we don't have any available. Everything we asked for or needed for the weekend was either not available or wasn't available to us because we booked with expedia. I'm not sure what this hotel has against expedia because I am a huge fan and always book through expedia just be careful if you book here and get the room you need.

nice hotel, comfortable, good location

second time staying here, I like the hotel, the front desk could be a bit nicer, the breakfast made to order is ok, nothing special as each day had a separate cook and neither of them took care or prise in their work.

Never again

From check in to check out it was terrible. The reception girl Alex was so rude and not helpful at all. The toilet in our room never flushed and room smelled terrible. Very uncomfortable.

Worse Embassy stay ever!

We have never experienced such a horrible stay at any embassy property as we did this stay. We arrived around midnight Friday & the clerk checking us in was very rude, did not greet us just looked at us like why are we there. She gave us a handicapped room to which should have gone to people that truly needed it but we were too tired & didn't want the hassle with the already rude clerk. The next evening we come in for cocktail hour there was a fight going on with a big group of people in the pool area which had to be shut down,kids ran & played well after 2:30am & our room was right at the elevators, even after phoning the front desk the kids continued to be very noisy which was very disturbing all night! We got up after a few hours of sleep asked for late check out in hopes for some rest after clerk said yes housekeeping came twice & woke us back up. Told manager at check out of this horrible experience & all he said sarcastically was "awe...sorry to hear that" & walked away! The people at that hotel really disappointed us to go thru such a horrible stay! This place was very ghetto & unprofessional on all levels of upper employment! Waitstaff, housekeepers, bartenders & breakfast personnel was great,just the front desk people & "managers" were awful. Will not use this embassy location ever again!

Disappointing.

Hotel is a bit dated. Our room had several outlets that didn't work. Mattress was rather firm. The buffet was very disappointing. Food was anywhere from cold to luke warm and tasteless. The staff seem uninterested. Or, they were more interested talking amongst themselves than doing their jobs. I witnessed one of the buffet attendees wipe some scrambled eggs off a table onto the floor, where they remained. Amazing. On the other hand, the desk staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would avoid this hotel in the future.

Will look somewhere else next time...

Room was ok. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Shower pressure was almost too hard to stand under and there was mold/mildew in the corners. There also a loud bang noise that was probably something to do with the air conditioner. Just overall disappointed in this location and will look elsewhere next time

Awful hotel !!!!!

Absolutely awful. Mgmt had to move me 5 times then asked me to leave bc that couldn't "please" me. Because first room had broken sewer in bathroom , second wasn't room I paid for , third again wasn't and had tub not shower IT was supposed to have and tub was so old it was cracked entirely on bottom and had mold and black stuff in it. Third was small tiny room with handicap seat ( -all of which I didn't pay for ). Then mgmt was rude and hateful . Did absolutely nothing to accommodate me. I was late for an event so had to stay in room with dirty tub. Later found multiple things wrong which I never reported because they flat out did not care.
