Jun 19, 2025 Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Could have been better What was good:-bed was comfortable-Air conditioning worked good-one level, no stairsWhat could have been better:-Listing stated 2 valet parking spots included but they only let one car valet per reservation so had to pay additional for second car. They offered to reimburse, but I didn’t get a receipt. -coffee, cream, and sugar was suppose to be included but there was only a half a can of powder creamer, no coffee, no sugar. -there was no dish soap. We asked for some, but they did not bring so we had to buy. -Each bathroom had one roll of toilet paper. No extra. The apartment sleeps 11 (we had 8 guests for 4days) extra toilet paper like hotels offer would be nice -only one roll of paper towels. No extra-garbage disposal didn’t work but they did fix it during our stay. -blind in living room wouldn’t open. Dishwasher missing door handle, towel rack in bathroom broken. They offered to fix but we thought they should’ve been fixed before we checked in and we didn’t want maintenance going on while we were having our vacation-elevator is slow-there is quite a long walk down a sidewalk to get into building from the valet. We had elderly guests with us so it wasn’t the best access. if your traveling with older adults or handicap, be aware there is quite a bit of walking, even though there is valet services-The property manager doesn’t seem to have a clue about his property but was polite in his texting with me ##### Pamela D.
