We are delighted to welcome you to our inviting 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a stunning top-floor view of Downtown Dallas. This modern luxury residence provides everything you need for a perfect, stress-free stay. The combined living and dining area features LED lighting and contemporary furniture that surpass expectations. Each bedroom offers a private oasis with beautiful nighttime views, while ample glass windows fill the space with natural light, complementing the warm ambiance created by wooden floors and finishes.  
  
There are 8 beds available, accommodating up to 16 people in total.  
  
BEDROOM/LIVING ROOM  
The stylish interior design and thoughtfully selected amenities and decorations enhance this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom space. Its well-furnished layout allows for easy adjustment within the living area.

The 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen where you can effortlessly cook your favorite meals. Its size and contemporary amenities surpass those typically found in a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment.  
  
BATHROOM  
The cozy full bathroom is entirely private and independent from the main area. It comes fully stocked with all necessary toiletries, ensuring you needn't worry about bringing any additional items.  
  
We prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of our guests as our top priority. That's why we employ a meticulous cleaning process after each check-out.

Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.  
  
Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:  
  
1\. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.  
2\. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8  
3\. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)  
4\. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.  
5\. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.  
  
Pets are permitted based on their size; please notify us in advance and disclose your intention to bring a pet to prevent any potential cancellation. An additional cleaning fee per pet will be charged.  
  
Depending on the duration of your stay, fees for bringing a pet vary as follows: if staying between 1 to 4 nights, there is a charge of $25 per night; for stays lasting from 5 to 29 nights, a fee of $200 per pet applies; and for stays of 30 nights or longer, the fee increases to $300 per pet.  
  
The company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.  
  
GUEST VERIFICATION PRIOR TO STAY IS REQUIRED  
  
To meet legal obligations and property security guidelines, you may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, complete our verification portal, and possibly undergo a background check.
