Host: very nice, very attentive and prompt responseEasy access to apt.Apt: very clean, looks like the pictures , couch fixed, shower is amazing It’s got 4 settings hot water last for days. A/C is perfect.Cons: no washcloths, sink in kitchen very low water pressure, you can hear your neighbors walls are paper, thin. ( I was down stairs) it was quite at night after 11pm. Does not come with laundry detergent or laundry sheets.Neighborhood: this neighborhood is rough You should be aware at all times. I will say at Aldi and Kroger they have a police officer at night if you choose to go shopping. Pros: it is close to a lot of great bars and restaurants. Only stayed a few days and we were more out and about that in the place otherwise probably would’ve took the lose and paid for a hotel. She was quick to respond to any comments, questions, and other messages. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, towel, towels, dishes, and all kitchen utensils. That part was fantastic. Some of the furniture was broken, maybe from the guest before us and they just haven’t had time to fix it yet, but hopefully before your stay, that part will be fixed. ##### Joshua P.
