Sloppy service from start to finish. Room poorly maintained (door hinges falling off, windows that wouldn't lock), just overall a budget hotel. Breakfast was abysmal. Very limited shuttle service (6-11p only), nothing much around the immediate area.

The staffs was friendly, but the room wasn’t quite clean, the floor was so dirty and sticky we had to put socks to be able to walk inside the room, the A/C filter was so dirty that was blowing dirty in the air . free Breakfast! the website was showing a small buffet but instead a small buffet we got a brown bag with 1 orange, 1 sunyD drink, bag with little muffins(kids)and 1 yogurt. I complaint at the front desk but they didn’t say anything.

The Hotel has a no policy dog. We had a service dog and were not allowed to have it with us. Had to go to another hotel. They will not refund the charges.

The customer service was terrible. There was a misunderstanding about my small children staying in the room with us and instead of having a co versatile to fix the issue, I was given an intimation and treated terribly. The woman told me I would receive a refund for the night we didn’t stay (we left and booked a different hotel for our second night) but then when I handed her our keys, told me I would have to take it up with Expedia. Now I’m waiting for notification IF I will receive a refund and how much the hotel MIGHT refund me. No guarantees. Just waiting. The location is very clean and quiet but the people who run it are hateful.

Waited more than one and a half hour for the shuttle service. The sheets are stained and there is no sustainable food available in the building for late arrivals.

This is the most deceiving place the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. They added another fee considering you get it back at the end of the your stay if it is to there condition but they tell you nothing about it before hand. you can’t understand what they are saying and they act like they can’t hear or understand you when you talk to them. The ride from the airport to the hotel was a disaster felt like the guy driving didn’t talk to me and my husband the entire trip and about got us hit a couple times. Nothing to do around the hotel and if you ask the front desk if there is they just say no and nothing else! Not a good hotel and would not put my worse enemy in this place

My room ac made a loud banging noise all night. I went to the front desk to request a new room. They gladly did so in about 15 minutes. The facilities seem to be older and shows in places but it was just a place to lay my head so no biggie. There is no hot breakfast just breakfast items the front desk put in a to go bag. Mine had a banana, orange, yogurt, a breakfast pastry, and granola bar. Very strange but it worked to hold me over.

The stay served it’s purpose. There was no breakfast as advertised, it was sufficiently clean but still a bit sketchy. The staff was not friendly at all. It doesn’t take much to be friendly and offer a “hello” or “welcome back” when you walk in the door or pass in the hallway, but the staff ignores you unless you get their attention. The bed was comfortable at least.

The hotel showed free continually breakfast but only had water and coffee. No food. The staff never at front desk have to ring a doorbell to get service. Felt like a college dorm not a hotel.

Don't Believe what it says...
Was upset was not aware of a deposit at check in. Wasn't stated on line or on phone when booking. The hotel is older and towels and sheets were not clean at all. Had to get to replace and do myself. No breakfast as states, would be hot food. And deposit still hasn't been credit back to my account. Said, will be credit 24hrs after check out. Been three days and no credit.

Evenings staff was welcoming but morning staff had no care for our health when shown pictures of the terrible conditions of the room. I was very nice and said I wanted to make them aware of the conditions and they wouldn’t say a word except have a nice day.. I will never stay there again and hope they cared to fix the conditions of the room before they aloud someone else to stay in there.

That property was the worst motel/hotel I've ever checked into. From the entrance to the room, it smelled of mold and/or mildew, both of which I'm extremely allergic to. We were only in the room 10-15 mins, before I started feeling sick. The a/c looked like it was going to fall out of the wall, there was a bio stain on 1 bed cover and Lord only knows what the other "stain" on the 2nd bed cover was; there was what appeared to be bio on the bible and the bathroom light looked like it was going to fall from the ceiling. I explained all this to the clerk at the front desk, but he almost seemed shocked, like he had no idea the conditions were terrible. I asked for a print out showing we were checking out, as I'm unable to stay in a place that's going to keep me sick for the duration of our trip. We're requesting a full refund of ALL MONIES PAID. We'd prefer to resolve this directly with Days Inn, but will file a dispute with our credit card provider if that doesn't happen very soon. Thanks for your attention and expedient resolution.
