The apartment features; new appliances, new flooring, living room fireplace, textured ceilings, patio etc. The apartment boasts a mix of old with the new! Updates have been made, but the entirety of the apartment has not been completely stripped. This 575 sqft unit is on the second floor of a Garden Style apartment complex. The unit is a one bedroom with a queen bed. Mattress is medium to firm. The apartment is in a convenient North Dallas location with quick freeway access. Shopping awaits you at Valley View, Park Lane, Richardson Square and Galleria Malls. Restaurants, night spots, and casual eateries abound all around in Dallas. The property is a small apartment complex consisting of 36 apartment homes. There are a few Airbnb units in this complex. All units has the same floor plan and size. If we are fully occupied on the unit you want please ask about our other units.. The neighborhood is in north Dallas. Great for an easy and short commute to places of work, major medical centers, SMU university, entertainment and event venues. You may hear traffic noise from the property as we are convenient access to major roads. There is no construction on the property but city construction may apply. We offer a nicely appointed & affordable stay in Dallas. We look forward to hosting you. Located off a side road to the freeway. Urban noises are to be expected during business hours and occasionally on non business hours. Guests should expect medium-high noise levels. ALLERGIES: This unit is pet friendly. We use scent boosters. For this reason we caution allergy sensitive visitors. Refunds for allergies are not eligible. LATE FEE: Check our time is strictly at 11am. We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100\. We pay our professional cleaning service for each hour of time spent at the unit. We also often have an incoming guest the same day. We need the time to get the unit ready. Thank you for understanding that that the check out is firm by 11am. SMOKING: PROHIBITED. Horrible Neighborhood Uncooperative Host I have never given VRBO bad review; always exceeded expectations until now. Good news - unit is exactly photos & it’s lovely inside! Bad news: Neighborhood is very sketchy My Uber driver didn’t want to let me out alone. When the reference says “gated“ that means breezeways to each building have iron mess gates like section 8 housing n NYC. There was group of young men hanging outside “gate community”& inside breezeway. I was extremely uncomfortable as a single female. I contacted host immediately w my issue but it was late due to flight delay so I even looked for a place to go right then @ l11 PM.l. I ended up putting a chair under door! Next issue NOISE - unit bks up directly to interstate. Sirens all night up-and-down interstate as well as in parking lot! Morning starting rush hr traffic @ 6AM worse than when driving n my car! I immediately cked out @8 AM nxt morning; when host finally contacted me, I asked for a refund for the next 3 days. They were absolutely uncooperative saying unit is perfectly safe because “gate” on breezeways & 38 cameras surrounding the property” (If you need 38 cameras, there’s a problem.) STAY FAR AWAY!!
