The bar tenders and the people behind the desk were very helpful. My roomed smelled so Smokey it wasn’t the most pleasant stay.

Just dont!. Ever staff member came right out of the "hood", smelled weed when we walked in about 1130pm. They told me they had no more 2 queen bed rooms for the 3 of us. Whats a reservation for?? Put us in a king with pull out. No more pillows available. Door keys did not work, tried to reprogram 4 times, having maintenance opening the door for us. Hotel smells like a mexican beach resort, humidity and mold. They moved us day 2. Took hot water 5 minutes to get hot to 16th floor. Room Phone inoperative. Saturday night was a freak show in the lobby, told by front desk, this is how it is. Just don't stay here. Plenty others near love field.

Black hair in bathroom floor, air conditioner in the room never cooled off, our car was stolen from the parking lot and no one could help us, wouldnt call in the manager had to wait for them to come in and then still had to call twice before they called us back. He was nice when we finally spoke to him but the cops said this is not uncommon for this area/hotel

A/c didn’t work in our room. The entire bottom floor and elevators smelled of mildew. Toilet was incredibly loud when flushed. Shower didn’t drain quickly. TV in room was a joke.

I paid for king room in advance and when I got there they didn't have any. Then told me they would give me a accessible room with king but it had a queen bed. I am 6,6 in tall and need larger bed. Very bad as i prepaid for king and did not get.

My experience was terrible first of all I had to spend most of the night, plunging the toilet because it wouldn’t flush. Secondly, the shower where the water comes out at the bottom, kept spitting out. Every time I turn the shower on the whole thing would come off and shoot out and I couldn’t it took me about 30 minutes or 40 minutes just to figure out I had to glue it on myself to take a shower, and the there was no microwave or refrigerator in there and the city view was not even a city view. Rooms were terribly small.

This was a pretty average hotel. Nothing was super spectacular but it was somewhere to sleep. The rooms weren’t amazing, but the beds were comfortable. The AC didn’t work very well and we had it on 60. I didn’t sleep with a blanket on. lol The employees were kind, too. Security patrolling the parking lot was nice. If you’re just looking for a place to stay that isn’t a motel, go here.

The hotel was nice overall. The lobby was very cold temperature wise. The dining I thought should have been free breakfast. Lots of traffic in the parking lot at night not feeling too safe. Great staff pleasant and friendly

The property is okay. There’s 21 floors and the elevators are extremely congested, prepare to wait a while to access the elevators. Room service would come by when out and take dirty towels , did not clean room or replace towels . You have to go to the lobby to retrieve towels daily. Other than that my kids enjoyed the indoor pool & I enjoyed happy hour at the Bar .

I loved the gym, the bar and the indoor pool. The gym had the same equipment as my gym at home, so it connected straight to my app. And the waitress at the bar and grill got my name immediately and called me by name Everytime she saw me. However, the air conditioner in my room was not working well, and I called them multiple times about it the first night, and finally just ask it to be fixed the next day. They worked on it but at 2 in the morning it quit again.

Well we didn’t have any body wash the entire time we were there, and the cleaning people came into our room even though we had our do not disturb sign posted on the door. Figured since they came into our room that they would check everything, but no they didn’t. Secondly, person who checked us is did not seem to really be paying any attention to us at all. Didn’t clarify anything and just told us that the elevator is over there, and move onto the next customer. Thought that was very odd. Overall the room was clean and cozy. The view of the city was nice to look at during the night time.

Our room door wouldn’t close properly. We were able to open it without the room key. Only 1 elevator was working. We waited 15 minutes for the elevator. People were taking the stairs. The hallways were dirty and the hotel is ran down. The customer service was nice that’s about it.

This hotel was perfect for what i was looking for. Safe, clean, good size rooms. I had a horrible experience with another hotel same evening before checking in with The Crowne. So this hotel settled all my angry nerves and disappointment I was carrying with me. I will be staying here again going forward when I visit Dallas.

Check in was the best part, after that its all down hill. The air conditioner was broken and I reported that to the front desk. Maintenance came up and acted like they did some stuff to make it work. Took out his laser thermometer and bullshitted me. I'm a tech and can tell when someone if putting up a front. It never cooled at all, my shower drained so slow that water was up to my ankle. Over all this location was good and the stay was awful.
