Modern styled townhome with all you could need for your stay! 3 stories, with the first floor being the entry and garage. The 2nd floor opens up to the kitchen, living, and dining area to include the half bathroom, and all will not disappoint! The top floor is the split bedroom, and each has it's own private bathroom for guests to stay in comfortably and privately. There is sufficient soundproofing between units. Nov 2, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great Location Comfy Place My Wife and I and our friends (another couple) stayed over the weekend, while visitng family and attending the State Fair. The place was comfy. Upon driving up the area seemed a little congested and questionable but during our stay no one bothered us or our property and we actually only saw 2 or 3 people outside the entire time. We had to rearrange a mattress and box spring in order to get our midsized sedan into the garage but after we did, it fit perfectly with room to spare. The previous vacationers had put out the trash (we were there on one of the pickup days) however it wasnt picked up because of recyclables being in it or some reason the trash company had placed on the trash receptacle. They also left open comdiments and unopened food in the fridge and freezer, which while could be seen as a nice gesture, we just didnt trust using or eating. Other than those minor things we enjoyed our stay. The neigborhood was very quiet, with the exception of a few folks revving and racing from stop sign to stop sign, but it's pretty much on a college campus so those sort of things are to be expected. The place, again, was clean and comfy. Our bed was super comfy however the other couple stated their bed was comfy but sunk in the middle. The location is near a ton of restaurants, several that we got to enjoy. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again. ##### Rod T. So comfortable, immaculately CLEAN, nicely decorated - and the snacks were a bonus. If we visit the Arlington area again, we definitely will stay at this property. Dishes were left dirty cooking pans and pots so we decided not to use them. We bought. Blankets were a little tough but not horrible we usually bring our own Blankets anyway. The location was decent but unfortunately there were a few shady characters hanging out the entrance and constantly roaming around our vehicle. The garage was too small for our car so we had a hard time with that. It's more so for a compact or smaller vehicle. Location to some of the places was great though. So many of the places we wanted to visit were withing short drive. Communication with the management team was good and prompt. I think we would use it again if it was last minute need and it was available. Decent place if you don't mind all the stairs to get to the main floor and then more stairs to the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make one to two meals a day during our stay. This was the cleanest kitchen of any vacation rental I have ever patronized. The beds were comfy too. Our tips would be to bring ear plugs and an eye mask for sleeping as the neighborhood is near UTA campus and can be noisy at night and the sun is pretty bright first thing in the morning. We would definitely stay here again. The Property Managers are courteous and helpful. They respond really quickly as well. ##### Annie S.
