Modern styled townhome with all you could need for your stay! 3 stories, with the first floor being the entry and garage. The 2nd floor opens up to the kitchen, living, and dining area to include the half bathroom, and all will not disappoint! The top floor is the split bedroom, and each has it's own private bathroom for guests to stay in comfortably and privately. There is sufficient soundproofing between units. The townhome was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you would need. The owner/manager checked in throughout our stay to make sure we were good. ##### Shay C. The place was comfy. Upon driving up the area seemed a little congested and questionable but during our stay no one bothered us or our property and we actually only saw 2 or 3 people outside the entire time. We had to rearrange a mattress and box spring in order to get our midsized sedan into the garage but after we did, it fit perfectly with room to spare. The previous vacationers had put out the trash (we were there on one of the pickup days) however it wasnt picked up because of recyclables being in it or some reason the trash company had placed on the trash receptacle. They also left open comdiments and unopened food in the fridge and freezer, which while could be seen as a nice gesture, we just didnt trust using or eating. Other than those minor things we enjoyed our stay. The neigborhood was very quiet, with the exception of a few folks revving and racing from stop sign to stop sign, but it's pretty much on a college campus so those sort of things are to be expected. The place, again, was clean and comfy. Our bed was super comfy however the other couple stated their bed was comfy but sunk in the middle. The location is near a ton of restaurants, several that we got to enjoy. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again. ##### Rod T. It’s closer than some of the parking lots! It is clean and cool in the summer heat. The location makes so many restaurants just a few minutes away!
