It was a decent value for the price. Internet was reliable and fast.The Unit's is older with high humidity level and musty smell. To the point my clothes felt damp when I put them on in the morning and the towel in the bathroom never dried. It was unfortunate because you can tell the owner did some nice updates but it really needed to be taken down to the studs to update insulation and/or the HVAC had an issue. Btw the unit has super fast powerful internet! One of the best i have encountered & I often stay in VRBOs. I have stayed here several times while visiting my daughter & feel right at home. The neighborhood is great. Walkable to several restaurants, bars, Kroger, etc. Felt very safe both inside building & unit as well as walking around & exploring.
