IST they give the key and we went to that room and found one shoe and music continues from that room we close that room and asked to change the room they gave and when we went to that room found hair is on the pillow and the sheet. There were cockroaches in my bathroom, told the front desk. They said they’d have someone come check on it, never did. Asked to refund room or move rooms and was told no. Terrible experience. Will not return.

The price was fine, but we had a overwhelming smell of Marijuana outside our door and in the hall. The bathroom had visible water damage and rust on the ceiling and floor. The rooms were not ready. The first 2 had the heating and ac units tore apart and wires laying everywhere and the last still had people in it. The line was long with several people having the same issues. Would be nice if they did not double book rooms or rent rooms that were not ready

The stay was decent but there are things that need work. Shower wall by the faucet were in poor condition and it smelled like sewage in the bathroom. The sink stopper was broken so the sink would get stopped up. Other than that location was great had lots of food options close to the hotel. Check in was easy and very friendly.
