Unfortunately, to my surprise, the house was DISGUSTING. Stained carpets, giant (what looked-like) blood stain on master bedroom mattress, moldy shower curtain liners, clogged toilet, no garbage cans in bathrooms, stained furniture.. the list goes on. I had high hopes! When contacting the property manager, he was extremely difficult, took no accountability, and did not address the call-outs and concerns. I actually had to get VRBO head office involved. I cannot explain the high rating because there is no way anyone would want to pay that kind of money / night for that filth! ##### Carissa C.
