PERFECT FOR LONG TERM STAYS! Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath newly renovated apartment! Ground floor unit of a garden style apartment building. 575 sqft. Patio on suite to bedroom! Smart TV, Free WIFI, & Cable! Fireplace, Full kitchen & WASHER/DRYER in unit! $150 Pet fee applies Per Pet. Pool access! Monthly discount applied! Central DFW Welcome! Guests have private access to the entire apartment and patio. Guests also have seasonal access to the shared pool! The apartment features; new appliances, new flooring, living room fireplace, textured ceilings, patio etc. The apartment boasts a mix of old with the new! Updates have been made, but the entirety of the apartment has not been completely stripped. Guests should not expect a newly constructed or built apartment or complex. This 575 sqft unit is on the ground floor of a Garden Style apartment complex. Guests have access to the communal & seasonal pool. Car is recommended. There is DART train within 10 minutes drive. Walkable to an urgent care, Walmart Supercenter and more! PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is located inside a gated/fenced 30+ unit building. The complex was built in the 1990s and occasional noises from neighboring apartments may apply. Located off a side road to the freeway. Urban noises are to be expected during business hours and occasionally on non business hours. Guests should expect medium-high noise levels. LATE FEE: Check our time is strictly at 11am. We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100\. We pay our professional cleaning service for each hour of time spent at the unit. We also often have an incoming guest the same day. We need the time to get the unit ready. Thank you for understanding that that the check out is firm by 11am. SMOKING: PROHIBITED. If any trace of smoke/smoking will result in a $500 fine We are very strict on this house rule. Please respect the house rules. Thank you. PARTIES: No other guests than registered guests allowed. Dec 31, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had.Upon arrival, the home had severely poor air quality with overwhelming odors of cigarette smoke and urine throughout the property. The smell was immediate and unmistakable, clearly present before we arrived. Within minutes, I developed a headache from the air quality.I was traveling with a newborn baby, and the conditions were absolutely unsafe and unacceptable for an infant. No family especially one with a newborn should be expected to stay in an environment like this.To make matters worse, there were people standing around the property actively smoking marijuana, further impacting the air quality and creating an environment that felt unsafe and inappropriate for guests. This occurred upon arrival and was completely outside of my control.The most disturbing part of this experience was the host’s response. There was no concern shown for my health or my daughter’s health despite the poor air quality and unsafe conditions. The host’s only stated concern was collecting payment for the reservation. We were explicitly told that a refund would only be considered if the host was able to secure another booking for the same dates, despite the property being uninhabitable upon arrival.The property was not clean, not safe, and not as advertised. This was not a minor inconvenience it was a serious health and safety issue that made the home uninhabitable. We were unable to stay. For your safety do not book this property. ##### Nat M.
