In any situation, hosts will not send the key code allowing entry into the property to anyone who has not been authorized by name in advance by the booking guest. \~ Every adult (18+) that is on the reservation, must provide the host with a copy of their driver license \~Your reservation should specify the total number of adults and the total number of children. \~ Parking will be permitted only in the space assigned to you in the check-in instructions you will receive on the day of your arrival. No large trucks or large commercial vehicles may park in the driveway. \~ No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the house. Guests may smoke only outside on the back porch. Violation triggers a minimum $150 fine. Smokers must clean up after themselves, so no cigarette butts or packaging may be left on the ground or on the surrounding areas. Every cigarette butt found in the patio area after check out is a $20 fee per cigarette butt. \~ Parties or loud gatherings are not permitted. If police are called by neighbors, our good standing with the city gets negatively impacted. Guest agrees to pay Host a $1000 fine if police are called due to excessive noise, littering or discourteous behavior with the neighbors. \~If we find additional unregistered guests staying or visiting without notifying the host for clearance first before 5 pm on check-in day, it will result in a $20 inconvenience fee per day of reservation plus the fees that should have been acquired for the additional guests and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund, penalty-free, to host, based on violating Airbnb & Host policies. \~Quiet time is 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. If you disturb any neighbors during this quiet time you will be fined up to $800 per host discretion and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund, penalty-free to host based on a violating & Host policies. \~All items provided in the unit are for your enjoyment, but those items must remain in good, clean, working condition. \~Repair costs incurred due to damage to property or furnishings will be fully paid by guest. \~Shut the doors after checking out with all provided items inside.
