Bishop Arts District is a lot of fun and is conveniently located. (Deep Ellum, downtown and Fair Park are all within 15 minutes or so.) The house is set on a busy corner so there is some street noise if that is a problem for you. The house is well kept up and has all the amenities you could want, and there is also a convenient covered parking garage for one vehicle. In addition, this house is only about 10 minutes from downtown Dallas, and 5 minutes from the I-35 if you are looking to visit elsewhere in East Texas on your trip.
