I never stayed there.
At the end of a long day of flying[about 11 hours], I arrived in Dallas, was taken by wheelchair to the pickup point. I called the hotel and was told my wait would be at least 30 minutes. This was not only unacceptable to me but also to the wheelchair pusher, so I cancelled and was told by the hotel employee I would have to pay anyway. The time was close to midnight, and I am 75 years old.

We are sorry to hear that you did not stay with us. Our 24 hour shuttle is a shared ride service therefore up to 30 minutes is the standard wait time. The cancellation policy is dependent on the type of reservation booked.
